Anyone else feel that way? The names mentioned. The legends. They are way more stacked against the men's match. The men's match feels like so many more fillers in the match.

I just watched the 1990 Rumble and Jim Neidhart got a pop that probably topped 45 of the entrance pops we’ll hear tonight.

One of their world champions is in the Rumble for some reason when normally the champion and a top contender would have a title match and be out of the Rumble so it makes sense. The women have every top star available for the Rumble except Becky (all due respect to Doudrop) while four of the top guys are in title matches. The men's Rumble would seem way more stacked if 3 out of Brock/Lashley/Roman/Seth were advertised for it instead of other matches.

The men's Rumble will get a big boost in star power when DSR and I jump the Dirty Dawgs and steal their spots.

Mickie James as the Knockouts champion has more hype than every single person in the men's Rumble.

Lily who was not in the Women's Rumble would have gotten a bigger pop then 90% of the participants in the Mens Rumble

100% true tonight.
SO MANY JOBBERS and no namers in the men's match.
Kelly Kelly. Melina. Lita. McCool. Mickie. They all got bigger pops than 75% of those guys in the men's match.

Granted I don't follow much of the WWE's shows these days, but man that mid stretch of the Rumble was giving my RR 1995 flashbacks.
The generic theme music and lack of distinct looks (outside Boogs) wasn't helping.

Think how much we’re always talking about how they’re doing the women wrong…And then realise its somehow a better job than what they’re doing with the men.

I do have to give credit to the smart booking of Mickie. She lasted a decent time, eliminated a past superstar (so she wasn't technically going over current talent), but was also eliminated by a past one as well, so it's not like it was "current WWE megastar showing up current Impact Champion".
Given the circumstances, it was probably the most pragmatic way to include her.

I've been watching since the Rock 'n Wrestling Era, give or take a few breaks, and when "Madcap Moss" came out to the ring dressed the way he was and got a truly half-hearted "He's Happy Corbin's jester?" explanation, the star power on display was so negative I thought: not only may I not ever want to watch WWE again, I may not ever want to watch television again.

14 of the 30 women were not on the active roster at the beginning of the night, so I dont know if it's more star power.

Yeah, I was at an indie show tonight (with Kidd Bandit on the card no less), so I am catching up on the Rumble right now, but just looking at the announced field for the men's Rumble and knowing the outcome, that's so believable.

Despite having fewer active roster members, the Women's Rumble was more entertaining!
