Finn Balor and Cesaro have a damn near unkillable fanbase for what they've had to endure for years.
Here's the weird thing - Nakamura has suffered one pinfall loss (to set up an IC title match they never had in the end, good old WWE) since Money in the Bank last year. His TV defeats (3 defeats, 10 wins) have been in tag matches where Rick Boogs took the fall. By WWE face standards, and especially by their mid-card champs this past decade, he's surprisingly well protected.
Which made his 5 minute or so rumble stay all the weirder.
Balor they genuinely seem to have no idea what they've got there. He should be a permanent main eventer. Cesaro too seems to be suffering from Mr Burns and the sideburns, since Vince went on record as saying he wasn't over, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
Also, I'll defend Naomi here. She's been one of the main focuses of the entire female roster since August or so. Folk might not LIKE the angle, but it does get priority TV time and it hasn't harmed her crowd responses, quite the opposite in fact.
Two names not yet mentioned on the current roster. Ricochet gets a crowd response every time he shows up, and every time, he has the crowd believing this is going to be the night they use him well, then he dies. And, frankly, Kevin Owens was used for bugger all of note bar jobbing to stars for 2-3 years, yet even before this rejuvenating heel turn, his music hits and crowds went f***ing nuts. For someone not even used to half of his potential for most of his time on the roster, crowds love that guy.
