What are some big moments that are forgettable or not as big of a deal as they should of been?
I think Daniel Bryans return at Mania 34 is one. Here is one of the biggest stars you ever had returning to the ring after being retired for 3 years, yet his return didn’t really seem that big. I think maybe Ronda’s debut overshadowed it?
What else?

They should of had him do a 1 on 1 with KO and the tag match at the next Ppv instead of the Big Cass fued lmao

Bret Hart wrestling at Wrestlemania 26.
Because the match went so long and was so poorly booked. No one realizes how big this was for both Bret and WWE to have him work one last Wrestlemania in his career when NO ONE thought this would happen after 1997.

Yeah, Shane doing most of the work and Ronda overshadowing it is why. The mixed tag was freaking fun. Legit might be one of most rewatched matches ever. No shame in being overshadowed by a match like that.

Cena proposing to Nikki Bella after their mixed tag match at WM 33. See, I still think that's very memorable. Just for all the wrong reasons.

WWE brought in boxing's undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and he ended up having a very forgettable match in Saudi Arabia and we all just moved on with our life.

I feel like almost every big Roman Reigns coronation up until the Tribal Chief were very forgettable or just didn't click for any good reasons... and even now in his Tribal Chief gimmick where he's just killing the entire roster, the moments don't feel very "Big". Double Pinning Edge and Bryan at Mania should have felt like a big deal, but it was a wet fart.

In 2009, Kofi Kingston hit the boom drop on Randy Orton through a table at Madison Square Garden while the entire crowd cheered him on. This got overshadowed by the "Stupid stupid stupid!" thing and then Kofi not really ascending to the main event until many years later.

Rhea Ripley has already won a main roster women’s singles title at WrestleMania. Last year. Her career has arguably already hit the mountaintop, other than her not doing it in the main event.
You’d never know it looking at how people talk about her, but I guess that’s how it is for anyone who wins the gold and doesn’t squash (not just beat, SQUASH) Charlotte and Becky in the process of winning it or while defending it.
