He’s gonna be one of the next Cena/Orton/Shield level Main Eventers it looks like. He’s getting pushed young and having The spotlight against guys like Brock Lesnar. The company seems to want to have him have a spotlight by facing Mcafee, and I’m sure he will win the US title from Balor after mania and get a slow burn to one of the world titles (probably Summerslam 2023 or Mania 40). What does everyone think of him? I’ve seen some negative reviews but I think the guy is funny and has a lot of potential

Needs to find the right character. Can really really GO in the ring. Clearly has charisma, but it hasn’t been found correctly on the main roster.
I see a future main eventer. One of the higher upside (in the WWE world) prospects that passed through NXT.

A lot of potential. Young, has the look, and is super athletic. Also he doesn't mind playing the goof which I'm sure management loves.
Only problem is I feel during his time in the Way even though he was great in it, they portrayed him as such a buffoon that I see hurting him in the long run. Like it's really hard to buy him as any kind of an upper card player when he was acting like that less then a year ago.

Solid in-ring talent, fun goofball character. I just don't see him as a main eventer, though.

Who knows where he'll be in say, 13 years. I've heard he loses interest in things older than that.

Not saying it didn’t happen, but is there enough proof to slander his name? Much like Matt Riddle, Darby Allin, Jordan Devlin and others, people decided they just didn't care that much about victims. The only cases from Speaking Out that ever resulted in consequences were the ones where those responsible either admitted it themselves, or had a mountain of evidence from multiple people pile up on them.

Really good wrestler and he's still super young so there's a lot of time to improve, but he's only ever entertained me as the himbo son of Johnny and Candice.

He'll be the next Renee Dupree/Kenny Dykstra. A young guy, with a good look and some talent that never quite connects.

He took 3 months off, allegedly with mental health issues stemming from it. Some people decided he was guilty anyway.

Lots of good potential in the ring and on the stick, but he needs to be actually pushed as a threat and not as Vince’s new stooge. The McMahon association doesn’t mean much when he often looks like such a dweeb and he’s taking pins.
If he’s not going to be depicted as a threat to Brock, then he shouldn’t have been put in that MSG main event in the first place.
And as far as any personal issues regarding Theory, that’s always going to be an albatross lying in the weeds. It sucks, but the wrestlers any company pushes is always a gamble, same with Darby Allin or whenever Matt Riddle’s name is attached to something iffy. The solution: always vet your new pushes. You can’t control everyone’s private behavior as wrestlers are human and not action figures, but if you’re a promoter make sure you’re showcasing someone closer to Cena than Del Rio in terms of keeping out of trouble.

Anyone that does some shit like that should see time in jail and be on an offender list of their own.

I can't figure out why, but I just don't like his character or his wrestling. I just don't see him as someone I'd like to see in the main event, comes off more as a midcarder to me. Didn't watch his NXT stuff, but I guess I didn't have a good first impression of him when he was part of Zelina's stable...

Has ways to go. He needs a better finisher for sure.

He’s good as a goofy midcard heel. As of now I can’t really picture him as a big time main threat threat. I couldn’t with mid-late 2002 Randy Orton either though and right now that’s who Theory reminds me of.

He gives off a lot of first-year main roster Cena/Orton vibes, so I can see why they want to invest in him. That said, the odds of ever finding another Cena, with that kind of work ethic and innate charisma that let him flourish despite a system that kept putting him in positions to fail, are slim. Especially if they're intent on "helping" him so early in the current atmosphere where that "help" rarely does well for talent.
What I truly believe will make or break Austin Theory: getting a handle on his facial hair. Right now, the eyebrows, the mustache, the beard, it's too much going on. They need to spend all the money from the last Saudi show to create a complex computer algorithm to determine the right eyebrow to facial hair ratios for Austin Theory's face. The future of the company depends on it.
