I don't think they have specified which match will close on Saturday. I say it's still a toss up.

Ronda vs Charlotte, knowing them.

I think on Raw last week they said KO/Austin was the closer but I'm not 100% on that. I've heard Bianca/Becky is opening, and Vince called Seth's match a Wrestlemania main event so I could see that being the last official "match" of the night.

McMahon did say twice that Seth would have his own "main event." Main event usually implies last match on the card, but I understand is not always the case. Since this was a pretape, "main event" would have been edited out if it were a gaffe.

My guess is Charlotte/Ronda is last match but it's followed by the KO/Stone Cold segment.

Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being Seth vs Cody

If Austin is closing, I assume he's going to call for a ref and request an impromptu match. Otherwise, what's going to make this any different from the countless other times Austin has showed up on Raw past 2003 and beat up heels? Or will the KO Show just turn into something similar to Undertaker and DDP at King of the Ring 2001? Remember that was just an unofficial brawl with no ref and ended after DDP was beaten up enough.

Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being Seth vs Cody I’d open with that, you’ve still got Austin for later. Start the show super f***ing hot

I'm figuring Charlotte / Ronda.

Ideally with Mania being two nights, you would have both nights main event be Rumble Winner VS Champion of their choice.
The other two world titles alternate as well, so you get a men's and women's World Title match on both shows.
But... that's too simple... I guess.

But I am more inclined to believe that WWE will go the accordion route with the two women's title match. One will open the show and the other will either main event or be close to the end.

I actually think to ENSURE the crowd goes happy, it should be Owens and Stone Cold
The last match I feel is gonna be Ronda/Charlotte, it's such a weak as shit first night all around, but it feels like that's the main, and if it is... godspeed because I just don't see how it goes well...

In general I'm of the opinion that whatever most matters or is the most substantive should generally close a show, and that sure as hell isn't Charlotte vs. Ronda.

Honestly, I'm not sure what closes it. I wouldn't be opposed to either Ronda/Flair or Seth/Cody. Austin vs Owen's, as a match? Yes. 100% that's your main event. But just a segment? Idk.

I feel like the big argument for Charlotte vs. Ronda closing is that it would mean the Rumble winners go on last both nights. Which is actually a really good point since the Rumbles can now promise the main event of WrestleMania in both matches, but there's a boatload of stuff that would be preferable to those two closing Night 1. All the more reason they should have done literally anything else that night in the Women's Rumble.

Probably Charlotte/Ronda. WWE wants to go all in on Ronda, probably, and even if Austin is on night one, I imagine he probably doesn't want to go on anywhere near the end of the show.

Considering the prospect of Stone Cold's first match in 19 years is more a "when" rather than an "if", him and Owens are ending Night One. I get the whole Charlotte thing but I'm also thinking about publicity wise, them being able to say to the media he headlined a show again.
