That was incredible, great work by both. If I'm WWE, I'd really consider putting Bianca in that "gets 30 minutes to have a classic at Wrestlemania" spot that hasn't been filled by anyone in a while. She's 2 for 2 for MOTNs at Wrestlemania.

It was a really good match.
But it was also sloppy as hell.

Definitely the best natural babyface star they've had in a long time imo.

Really enjoyable match to watch. As mentioned it was sloppy at times but it kind of made it better. Like the Molly Go Round botch. It was botched and not executed well but ended up looking better and more vicious with Belair getting kicked in the face. I also liked the quick finish tease with Bianca almost hitting the KOD as I was predicting that to be the finish to bring it full circle from Summerslam. I was wishing for it not to end and it also had a satisfying finish. The opposite of Charlotte and Ronda which I just wanted to get over with and had a super stupid finish.
Also who else was holding their breath when Becky did the moonsault? I was actually shocked she was able to do it and without getting seriously injured. Granted it was pretty poorly done and super awkward looking as you would expect from her but she still did it without killing herself. Seriously though you think she would realize by now that her and her lead arse doing anything off the top rope isn't a good idea. However lately it seems like she's been trying to more complex ariel moves. I seriously hope she doesn't get any ideas about doing Seth's Phoenix Splash.

In regards to the match being a bit sloppy, I actually don't mind at all when a match like that gets a bit sloppy.
It's a performance art yes, but it's also supposed to be a fight and fights get messy. It looked like a real struggle between the two wrestlers

Reminded me a lot of Punk vs Cena at MITB where it wasn't crisp and flawless but that added to the story. That molly go-around botch looked super brutal and I am glad Bianca wasn't hurt but it made it feel like a real fight.

Bianca has essentially surpassed Asuka as the Defacto Ace of non 4HW
In fact you can make a case of her being the Ace in general with Charlotte being the only body she has left
Bianca has two bangers on her resume now so I can see her being in position to help make people at Mania in the future. Her and Rhea def needs to happen at Mania one day

Honestly, people won't admit it but this was a perfect long-term storyline that's been building since Summerslam 2021. The 26 seconds was so much better than doing a full match and giving away the story. Sometimes WWE can get it so right if we're patient and God knows that they don't deserve our trust but this was the perfect built story.

I frankly believe that this was all planned in the same way that I believe Daniel Bryan headlining WrestleMania was always the plan. As in “not at all”. Especially since rumor was for a long time that Bianca/Becky wasn’t the plan for WrestleMania.

They may have debated it when Rousey became available but you don't give Bianca the coronation she got at last year's Mania and then have her lose in 26 without knowing that she's eventually going to get that win back. The endgame was always this.

Yeah, it's far more in character for them to have the face lose in a way that makes them look bad and then for it to lead... literally nowhere. For them to actually follow up on it and have an actual story following. I mean... that last sentence is basically the summary of Roman's title reign so far...

From the moment I saw Bianca I knew she was money and just some seasoning away from being the real revolution for women, one who could build on the ground broken by the Horsewomen and probably transcend them. Does my heart good to hear that she and Becky had MOTN, this was a long time coming and well deserved.

Unbelievable match. Probably the greatest WWE women’s match, even surpassing Sasha/Bayley from Brooklyn for me. Maybe a top 10 all-time Mania match, period.
It’s also pretty amazing to me how Becky has improved in-ring with her agility and speed.

I’d never seen Belair put that much oomph into the KOD before, she wanted to strike oil with Lynch’s body. I'm with you on this one. The KOD has never been my favorite finisher, but last night's looked gooooood.

So he didn’t want to go with Bianca at first? Well, he had second thoughts, and I liked the finish, so I’m good. Hunter and Bryan wooed Vince on a different plan eight years ago. Whatever discussions the talent and bookers had in making it, they’re over and done. I’m not outraged about it, I don’t see the point of still being all “ooh, how could they have almost blown Bryan’s big chance?” Well, they didn’t. I was entertained by that New Orleans show, so I’ve moved on. Same with Bianca.

The match was great and definitely match of the night.
BUT… not as good as Bianca/Sasha last year and I felt for Becky for the blown spots in the ending sequence. I blame it on just not being able to get her bearings after the the Bianca drop from the turnbuckles. No blame on Bianca, it was a total trust thing, but the apron spot having to be redone, Becky just dropping from the top in the next spot, everything up until the step spot outside was just rough for a bit.
Does it ruin the match? No, just an ugly sequence in a great match. It happens.

Oh, the match itself was amazing. We clown on Becky not being the best athlete too much, because she’s a very intelligent worker who can get fans emotionally invested in everything she does. Her facials are fantastic, conveying this crazed desperation and rage. Plus Bianca with her sass and energy is a perfect contrast for her.
