Wheeler Yuta having star making matches with Danielson and Mox and winning the pure title was a hell of a run of matches. Made me wonder what the best ever runs of three matches are, any suggestions?
Can be over any period of time so doesn't matter if there's an hour, week, month or year between the matches as long as they didn't have any others in-between.
(Obviously house show matches don't count)

Like it has to be three televised matches in a row? Bret Hart's King of the Ring 1993 is up there. All three matches (vs. Razor, vs. Perfect, vs. Bam Bam) were great and his match with Perfect was probably better than their Summerslam 1991 match.
I bet there was someone in the WCW days who had bangers on all their weekend shows one weekend, but I can't recall off the top of my head.

Savage at Mania 4?
Haven't watched it in a couple years, and I know it's a slog to get through, but I do remember him having the best matches of the night. At least for me.

This was my immediate answer. At this point, I’m pretty sure it always will be.

Undertaker No Holds Barred: The Undertaker defeats Triple H (29:25) WWE WrestleMania XXVII - "The Biggest WrestleMania Ever" - Pay Per View @ Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Hell In A Cell Match (Special Referee: Shawn Michaels): The Undertaker defeats Triple H (30:47) WWE WrestleMania XXVIII - "Once In A Lifetime" - Pay Per View @ Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, USA
The Undertaker defeats CM Punk (22:07) WWE WrestleMania XXIX - Pay Per View @ MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA
You could stretch it to 4 because he had a great 6 man tag with The Shield a few weeks later which was his first TV match in years.
Triple H WWE World Heavyweight Title #1 Contendership: Daniel Bryan defeats Triple H (25:59) WWE WrestleMania XXX - "Let The Good Times Roll" - Pay Per View @ Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) defeat Evolution (Batista, Randy Orton & Triple H) (19:56) WWE Extreme Rules 2014 - Pay Per View @ Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA
No Holds Barred Elimination: The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) defeat Evolution (Batista, Randy Orton & Triple H) (30:55) WWE Payback 2014 - Pay Per View @ Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, USA
John Cena Kevin Owens defeats John Cena (19:57) WWE Elimination Chamber 2015 - Pay Per View @ American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA
John Cena defeats Kevin Owens (19:15) WWE Money In The Bank 2015 - Pay Per View @ Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, USA
WWE United States Title: Cesaro defeats John Cena (c) by DQ (20:10) WWE Monday Night RAW #1153 - TV-Show @ Verizon Center in Washington, District Of Columbia, USA
You could probably find a few other 3 match streaks from that US champion era. There were a few forgettable matches (Rusev, Wade Barrett) but he was mostly putting on bangers only. In consecutive weeks he had those matches with Sami Zayn and Neville. During the summer he had a second match with Cesaro which was better, longer (30 minutes) and had a clean finish, the Raw match when Rollins broke his nose then their rematch at Summerslam.

There was a period in the first half of 2007 when the main event scene on Raw (Cena/Michaels/Edge/Orton) were putting on great matches regularly, peaking when you had Cena/HBK in the hour match on Raw, then that awesome 4 way that Sunday at Backlash then the night after Edge/Orton had a banger of a match that was postponed from the week prior (one of the reasons that led to Cena/HBK going so long to fill that time).
For specific 3 match runs from each person though:
Cena WWE Heavyweight Title Last Man Standing: John Cena (c) defeats Umaga (23:03) WWE Royal Rumble 2007 - Pay Per View @ AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas, USA
World Tag Team Title: John Cena & Shawn Michaels defeat Rated-RKO (Edge & Randy Orton) (c) (14:52) - TITLE CHANGE !!! WWE Monday Night RAW #714 - TV-Show @ American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, USA
Batista, John Cena, Shawn Michaels & The Undertaker defeat Montel Vontavious Porter, Mr. Kennedy & Rated-RKO (Edge & Randy Orton) (15:51) WWE Monday Night RAW #716 - TV-Show @ Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon, USA
Michaels WWE Heavyweight Title #1 Contendership: Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels - Double Pin (17:27) WWE Monday Night RAW #724 - TV-Show @ Arena At Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA
Shawn Michaels defeats John Cena (55:49) WWE Monday Night RAW #726 - TV-Show @ Earl's Court in London, England, UK
WWE Heavyweight Title Fatal Four Way: John Cena (c) defeats Edge and Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels (18:55) WWE Backlash 2007 - Pay Per View @ Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Edge WWE Heavyweight Title Fatal Four Way: John Cena (c) defeats Edge and Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels (18:55) WWE Backlash 2007 - Pay Per View @ Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, USA
Edge defeats Randy Orton (15:59) WWE Monday Night RAW #727 - TV-Show @ Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, Tennessee, USA
Shawn Michaels defeats Edge (15:00) WWE Monday Night RAW #729 - TV-Show @ Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia, USA
Orton World Tag Team Title: John Cena & Shawn Michaels defeat Rated-RKO (Edge & Randy Orton) (c) (14:52) - TITLE CHANGE !!! WWE Monday Night RAW #714 - TV-Show @ American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, USA
WWE Heavyweight Title #1 Contendership Triple Threat: Shawn Michaels defeats Edge and Randy Orton (12:26) WWE Monday Night RAW #715 - TV-Show @ Tyson Event Center in Sioux City, Iowa, USA
Batista, John Cena, Shawn Michaels & The Undertaker defeat Montel Vontavious Porter, Mr. Kennedy & Rated-RKO (Edge & Randy Orton) (15:51) WWE Monday Night RAW #716 - TV-Show @ Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon, USA
A bonus Cena one is when he faced Benoit on Raw then the following week it was Cena and HBK v Batista and Undertaker (IMO the best Wrestlemania go-home match ever) then Cena v HBK at Wrestlemania. Another Michaels one for good measure too: v Edge in a bloody street fight 6 days before the Rumble, then the Rumble match itself (I usually wouldn't credit any single wrestlers for a Rumble match but Michaels and Undertaker basically had an amazing singles match at the end of that one) and finally him and Cena winning the tag titles from Orton and Edge in a great match the next night.

First thought that comes to mind is the Punk-Joe trilogy from mid 2000s Ring of Honor.

I loved the series of matches CM Punk and Mark Henry had following Wrestlemania 28. The series made sense, built nicely and each match got better and better.
