I'll give it a 6 but it's teetering on a 7. Very easily watchable show with mostly good stuff in it, but the opener was just a giant pile of, "I care about none of these people," and I decided to round down instead of up due to Lethal showing up.

Dwcent enough show. Only the ROH title match really captured my attention enough to mute the baseball game I was watching. Really could do without another Sammy TNT reign. 6 of the championship reignsfor the title have been between two people so far.

7/10. ROH World Title match was fantastic, Women's Title Match was pretty good, TNT match had some decent spots but was kinda meh otherwise.

Good show. I'm not down on Sammy winning as a lot of people are. I think it was 100% the correct decision if they do what I hope they do with him. He could potentially be their biggest heel outside MJF and a big time babyface like Kingston or Jungle boy should end up beating him

The wrestling is always good.
The storylines are often trash.
Tonight was another one in that book

The wrestling is always good. The storylines are often trash. Tonight was another one in that book "Often Trash" Woof, can't agree with that one, I get Tay/Sammy is irritating people too but I thought Satnam looked way better tonight.

Tonight was another one in that book I think trash is a pretty strong word, but I do feel like AEW's storytelling is very often its weak point. There's not much I'd point to as especially wrong with tonight but I do think if you asked me to name AEW storylines I actually was invested in it over its existence I probably wouldn't reach double digits.

An 8/10.
All the matches were good.
The stories could have been better.

Loathed Sammy winning.
I'm very over him as TNT champion

6 out of 10, IMHO. I wasn't feeling this show. The storylines felt lacking to me.

Rosa proving once again tonight why she should be on TV far more.
If they’re gonna do the heel couple thing, I want them to go all the way with it. Have Tay win one of the women’s belts and them two rub it in people’s faces.

I'm thinking 8.
I do feel a bit bad for Scorpio's title reign, since he felt like such a minor point in the Lambert/Sammy feud, but I am fine with him having it on his resume. If Lambert isn't done with Sammy yet (please no), then maybe have Ethan Page or Lance Archer win it if the latter is still affiliated with Lambert despite him basically never doing anything to justify why Lance should tolerate him.

Got a bit burnt out on AEW this week. I appreciate the matches were all good, just couldn't get into them as much as I usually do, and I'm not a fan of Sammy getting the belt again. 7/10.

8. Three good matches, and while it sucks Sky lost without really having a good run with the belt, Douche Sammy is red hot right now and the correct call is to let him run with that at a high profile. Also impressed with Singh's appearence: he moved well and looked like a monster. The ROH guys, who I hadn't seen before, were both really good as well. Very much enjoyed Nyla and continue to hope she'll turn face and get a real push sooner than later.

Went for a 5 as the lowest Rating I ever gave for an AEW show matches were all good, but if I care more about the match with No Build, some thing is wrong before it even begins.

The wrestling is always good. The storylines are often trash. Tonight was another one in that book I've been wondering if maybe TK should go full old school ROH with the booking. There were a few storylines, but about half the card was just matches that seemed like they would be good without much story.

There were a few storylines, but about half the card was just matches that seemed like they would be good without much story. I think he kind of does go old school ROH in booking a lot of the show. AEW always seems to have 2-3 good, well-told, long term storylines going on. Right now, that's MJF/Wardlow, the formation of the BCC, and the Jericho Appreciation Society's "sports entertainers" versus "wrestlers" thing against Kingston and PNP. Then, there's always a tier of "person has belt, other person wants belt" stories with the champions like Hangman/Cole/Punk and Nyla/Rosa. But, beyond that, a lot of AEW's week-to-week appeal is literally just "Switchblade Jay White is here and he's going to face Trent Beretta. That's a really cool match" or "Minoru Suzuki's here and he's gonna face Samoa Joe. Dream match!" I, personally, don't mind that, but that is totally the source of the criticism AEW draws for not educating its fans who the revolving door of wrestlers showing up on its programming are.
