Which territory had the biggest impact? I say Memphis it seems to be the most beloved amongst fans and was a big inspiration with hardcore style and was the last remaining territory

I think as far as territories that didn't go 'national' then yes that case could be made for Memphis.
I would argue the case for the original ECW, however. Even when they had their TNN show, video games, etc, they were still a glorified territory. Their influence and impact on the industry was widespread though.

Memphis' influence really can't be overstated. Every indy fed post 2000 wanted to be ECW but Heyman openly admits he stole a lot of his angles and gimmicks from Jerry Jarrett because he wanted to be a modern Memphis.

World Class was the territory that originally brought me to wrestling as a kid in late 1983 /early 84.
