I was there. The match really dragged. And Jade had a ridiculous botch happen to herself. It was sloppy and the match for me never kicked into another gear. that's unfortunate. If I was booking the match I would've kept it simple. Have jade win in less than 5 mins. Then after the match have Jade celebrate her 30-0 have balloons, confetti, the whole shebang, then lights go out and then Statlander rolls out and challenges her. Was their any aftermath after this match about a potential new challenger? There wasn't any mention of potential new challengers. Jade celebrated her win and that was it.

Otherwise, that'd really be burying the living shit out of her, even if I think she's not very good.

Statlander I think is a lock, especially since there's a built in story there that after everything Statlander did for Velvet, she flaked on her to join Jade.

were you there? Anyway if true it's unfortunate. Jade is clearly getting better but even Shida would struggle to get a good match out of Marina. Anyway hopefully Jade v Statlander at double or nothing, that's a feud I'd be interested in if booked well. I was there. The match really dragged. And Jade had a ridiculous botch happen to herself. It was sloppy and the match for me never kicked into another gear. I was also there and I agree 100%. Definitely thought about leaving which says a lot since I drove 3.5 hours to get here lol.

It's going to be interesting because you have Rosa and whoever she faces at the PPV, the Owen Tournament, and Jade needing a challenger. That's a lot of women tied up with stuff. There's definitely stuff you can do with Jade's reign and people on and off the roster but I'd wait until the Owen before having her lose the belt or at least have a serious Britt/Shida level challenger.

So Jade botched and Shafir didn't? Interesting if true, guess we'll see what a "ridiculous" botch is... I assume the match dragged because they knew they had to go through PIP, but I am curious how it comes across TV wise. Some of these matches work better on TV than live. It looked like Jade tried her own tope suicida, but it resembled something more along the lines of Jade throwing herself out the ring lol.
Did that happen at the beginning, middle or toward the end of the match? If its the first 2 then it can be edited out of the broadcast...

I really want Statlander to beat Jade at DON.
Statlander has been knocking on the door of being a big star for awhile now. It’s time to finally go with her imo. Especially with this new persona she’s building.

Then have Rampage go to commercials at the beginning of the match ala Abadon vs Britt(the beginning of that match was also said to be ugly)

With Dark matches starting at about 6:45 it was a long night. To end it with a dragging on forever match with plenty of rest holds…..well it was a real long night.
So many rest holds!

Women's title - Rosa v Deeb TBS - Statlander v Cargill Owen final - Shida v Toni Storm (we all know its going to be Britt though) That's a solid trio of matches and will create interest if booked and built up correctly

tbf, it's likely to cover for Chris Jericho being on tour with Fozzy. He wasn't on Dynamite tonight. Yep. Same thing a few weeks ago, when they had that brawl backstage. Jericho didn't call Rampage that week, so he was likely on tour.
