I want to see Booker T holding a framed photo of this! Bravo.

I love it when Sting is hiding in plain sight. The only thing missing here was him wearing a Sting mask first.

This show prominently featured the two guys left from when I became a full fledged wrestling fan & they both impressed the hell out of me.

Yay! (I didn’t watch the show, so I figured he was just there in the baseball cap)

Fun tidbit from my childhood.
I remember the first live WCW PPV I ever saw was Halloween Havoc 95. I was watching it with my Dad it got it the Arn Anderson/Brian Pillman vs Sting/Ric Flair match. And my Dad is also a lifelong wrestling fan, and I can remember my Dad remark “Geeze, Ric Flair has been wrestling since I was a kid.”
And now I’m his age back then and I can say that same thing about Sting. And he’s been awesome the moment he joined AEW.

Well if Sting pulling out pages from his old TNA/Impact playbook, are we soon going to bare witness to the glorious return of Hostage Taking Bird? My mind immediately went to Hostage Taking Bird and Danhausen crossing paths.

I'm just so happy that Sting is getting this run to go out on instead of his WWE run.

I'm just so happy that Sting is getting this run to go out on instead of his WWE run. WWE seems like a road bump for him now. Plus, it kinda confirmed his hesitancy to go there, after that run.

Sting in AEW is one of the greatest legends runs I've ever seen I'm already at a point where I'd call it the greatest legends run I've ever seen. He's been used perfectly, and in a way that has only added to his legacy.

The backwards hat killed me yeah, I mean Sting in a Sting mask is classic... but the backwards hat was amazing...

i like how the security guy didn;t seem to be in on it and he's got a hand out to try and keep "the fan" from reacting to the sign being torn up only to break out in a huge grin when sting takes off the mask.

That’s honestly my favorite part. The security guard doing his job until he sees the Sting reveal and his face going into the facial version of “Oh.”

I wonder if that was a legit security guard or a indie plant like the mooks Wardlow takes out.

I know everyone thinks of the TNA spot with RVD because of that gif. But it happened in WCW, too. Amusingly while posing as the Fake NWO Sting. Only place he didn't do the spot since adopting the Crow look was WWE. I will always mark for it. I guess the closest we got in WWE was "That's not Sting, that's a picture of Sting!"

I can't say enough good things about Sting's time in AEW. Everything he's done has made me smile, and if he calls it quits after this run, it's really the most perfect end to an in-ring career anyone could ask for.
