They just announced Jon Moxley vs El Desperado for the Music City Mayhem show is that AEW Mox or GCW Mox because honestly not a great look for AEW as they don't need the money or the press positive or negative from this carny bullshit (especially if something goes wrong with Flair) I'd understand Impact and GCW wanting money and press, good or bad. Still a big oof on this show overall as a an idea, but the alot of matches look good I guess. It's NJPW Mox as it's an NJPW event and I think Mox still has a contract with them. The Flair match also isn't on that card. |

F*** it, Flair wrestling is a terrible idea but I’ll be good goddamned if that doesn’t hook me into wanting to see it. This is a match that’s more then likely gonna end with JJ tapping out to the figure 4, and that’ll be a pretty awesome moment |

LMFAO. We have peaked. Wrestling has peaked as an art form. The fact it’s AEW and WWE talent is interesting but doesn’t surprise me, tbh. 3 years ago when people wondered if they’d ever work together, my call was and still is within 10-15 years. With eeeevvverrrytthing going on, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s bumped up a little. It won’t be now but I think the two at least working together is inevitable. Oh and please, seriously, don’t die Ric. |

I will say, the rest of the footage in that video is pretty interesting; just seeing the old guys interviewed and stuff.
The match is still an abomination but in isolation it’s got some interesting clips.

I mean, it should be noted, Jeff’s technically an employee and not even on a Legend’s deal anymore so if he wants to work the show, there isn’t much WWE can do about it unless it’s specifically listed in a contract. Which it doesn’t really seem to be here.

Which it doesn’t really seem to be here. Usually the employees are restricted from doing PPV’s for independents, so I’m pretty sure WWE must have given their blessing on this. Given it’s Flair, I’m not surprised they signed off |
