Wow that sounds like shit. Lol Probably going to be a total carry job, but I'm sort of confused about the dynamics here, like is Andrade supposed to be a face for it? I assume so, unless Flair wants to go out as a heel, in which case, I hope the expectation isn't that we'll cheer for Lethal. "We'll" here being the general viewing audience, since no way in hell am I paying for this PPV.

Blading for the 1 million time, and once again I will say that dont be shocked if he blades again in his final match.
A wild Slapnuts appears... I will say I liked seeing David Crockett in the background.

Not excusing anything cause I still think it's dumb for Flair to wrestle, but at least it's against skilled opponents who can probably carry him and protect him to the best of their abilities.

I mean, that's great. Really is. But this is still the carniest bullshit that ever was. He's 74 with a pace maker. It's dumb.

My thing is that he’s definitely going to want a do-over if Charlotte and Andrade separate.
They’re going a weird route trying to promote the show by having every promo be filled with swearing. I’m not a prude, but it comes off as try-hard to sell the intensity

I genuinely cannot fathom how anyone could be interested in this. My cousin is the most diehard Ric Flair fan I've ever met and even he said he wouldn't watch this shit if you paid him. He should go into the hall of fame again just for how much he has ruined/shit on his legacy. It's damn impressive.

They've just announced a "Bunkhouse Battle Royal" for the show on Busted Open where I assume we'll get a bunch of cameos and such. Bully Ray is the first entrant.

There’s also a hell of an undercard with a lot of wrestlers that fans like to support. We’ll also see just how much Flair actually does- what we’ve seen him do in the training videos and getting “beat down” might be the extent of his work in the match.

Making this a tag instead of a singles match is a much better idea. Hopefully they keep Flair to a few spots and alive.

I guess JJ can work super light and Ric can get a quick hot tag at the end, but how does dude not make his condition worse at his age with the life he’s lived? Oy.

Even in this complete goofball exercise & with an assist to the camera angle- Jarrett's punches still look great.

Man people have weird attitudes about this event. I am happy for Ric, who seems to be in a great place in his life. Should he be wrestling? In a vacuum, no. But he’s a grown man who can make his own decisions. The amount of people jumping at the opportunity to tell Ric what he can and can’t do with his life and body is puzzling.
Bizarre attitudes aside, both Ric and Double J still have great punches.

Bizarre attitudes aside, both Ric and Double J still have great punches. It may have to do with the fact that we fans don't want to see him die in the middle of the ring. Nobody wants to see that. Ric right now is doing a half hour straight on the row machine, he’s training with Lethal doing one on one matches, on top of whatever other training methods he’s doing. Working a tag match is not the most dangerous thing he’s partaking in for his heart condition. He strains it every day. I think personally this is very important for Ric to be at ease with the rest of his life. He can prove to himself that he was able to come back after staring death in the face. Plus, he never was able to end his career on his terms. Now he can.
