No poll here, but I want to try to describe what I mean.
I guess I basically mean, who is the most proficient wrestler out there that has absolutely ZERO charisma of any type?
A guy who is by no means bad in the ring, is actually pretty good, but has less personality than even Mike "Saltless Saltines" Bennett.
I wouldn't count a guy like Dean Malenko, because he managed to get mileage out of his stone-faced "Iceman" thing.

Roddy's AWESOME when he can be the Masshole that he actually is...he just doesn't do it often on-screen. Brad Armstrong is another great one

Shawn Spears when he was doing the black glove gimmick.

Before I finished reading the original post, my mind went straight to Dean Malenko, but is even better. It's amazing how a guy who wrestles like he's out to legit cripple people in the ring can be so uninteresting.

Tim Horner. Solid in the ring, couldn’t cut a promo to save his life and usually just stood around looking awkward.

Going back a spell, Doug Furnas and Dan Kroffat/Phil LaFon. Not an ounce of charisma between the two of them.
