He did for a brief time too in WWE return in 2018. But his previous WWE stint from 2005-2007 and 2019 to today, he doesn't wear it anymore.
Is it some kayfabe reason?

Legit, he wore it for sweat to not get in his eyes due to not having eyebrows I believe
Kayfabe, just a cool look for a guy who was marketing himself as a "real athlete". It is the look of his Walking Armageddon phase which fans remembered and wanted him to bring it back in WWE

It is the look of his Walking Armageddon phase which fans remembered and wanted him to bring it back in WWE Yep I came to reiterate both and always felt it played up the whole stereotypical "jock" motif well... On the other hand I still can't figure out that nasty scar on the side of his face. Feels like it just showed up |

Somehow it fits him tho and added to his look Yeah it's wild...I am a straight male who has no issues saying that Bobby is a good looking clean shaven dude so that scar stood out immediately...Made me think of that scene from Predator |
