He's been pretty loyal to the Smackdown roster since the first brand extension draft in 2016.
All the superstars who have come and gone and jumped ship, is Shinsuke the only one who stayed true to the brand?

I believe Akira Tozawa has always officially remained a RAW superstar, although he did compete in cruiserweight matches in NXT in 2020.
For the women, I think Nia Jax was only ever on RAW from the opening 2016 draft until her release.

I wouldn't draft a Maple Leafs tier choke artist either.

I believe Akira Tozawa has always officially remained a RAW superstar, although he did compete in cruiserweight matches in NXT in 2020. Tozawa is an interesting case, because although the Cruiserweights were originally on Raw and 205 Live was an extension of that, eventually they stopped appearing on Raw and 205 Live gradually became its own brand. Then Tozawa got drafted back onto Raw and it was treated like it was a call-up from NXT rather than Raw using a draft pick to retain a talent that was technically already on their roster.
