I always thought Batista looked real good with that title. Jeff Hardy always rocked it well.

Rob Van Dam fit with it very well.
Worst was always by far Triple H.

RVD is really the only one. His stoner gimmick fit well with the spinny gimmick.

Jeff Hardy is another one I think actually looked pretty good with the spinner.

Edge, Miz, Punk all looked fine with it.
The only one I thought it really looked out of place was Triple H... not sure why cause it wasn't like a generational thing... cause Rock also looked better with it than the Belt Buckle.

Batista was able to match the flashiness of it really well with his run
As said HHH is really the only guy who looked out of place with it. It just didn’t fit him

I thought it looked well on The Rock, which is ironic considering he was the one to dump the belt ASAP.

Miz looked great with it, and Punk too... strangely.

But like lame ass out of touch like "HEY EVERYBODY LET'S DO THE FANDANGO!"

But like lame ass out of touch like "HEY EVERYBODY LET'S DO THE FANDANGO!" Everyone that held it tried to make it their own or brought their own mannerisms to the title. From Orton, Edge, Jeff etc HHH just kind of did nothing to really add his own flair to it. He’s a guy made for a classical title and he tried to carry the title seriously but it just never looked right Same way I think Cena suits for goofy or bling aesthetic of a title because for me he never looked right with the Big Gold title during his World Heavyweight championship reigns

Punk looked good with it but I feel like he should of been the one to change it You'd think Punk leaving with the title would be the perfect opportunity to introduce a new belt. But no.

Miz looked great with it, and Punk too... strangely. Miz locking the WWE logo upside down was a small thing, but a stroke of genius.

I like it for pretty much everyone but Triple H. But then I'm an unapologetic fan of the Spinner Belt.

Honestly I think it worked best with "loud" characters, usually babyfaces, but not exclusive in all cases;
Good:
John Cena - I think it goes without saying, especially given when he initially debuted it, it was his title
Edge - worked mostly because of his rivalry with Cena, but it fit his personality
Rob Van Dam - good look to his character, had more edge than a standard title
Jeff Hardy - same as Van Dam
CM Punk - in some ways similar to Edge, but still worked as a "new Gen" look
Rey Mysterio - similar to Cena given his fan base
Bad:
Triple H - just terrible, didn't help that Hunter was in one of the worst physical shapes at the time and in full blown midlife crisis mode, plus he held this for way way too long
Sheamus - Sheamus always struck me in an old school way, so he just never fit with the belt
Alberto Del Rio - just too gaudy for his character, despite being a showy character
Eh:
Randy Orton - worked for his feud with Cena, but when they painted him as some silent viper, it just seemed silly
Batista - good for Douchetista, bad for his 2 day reign as babyface Dave
The Miz - would have worked better when he was sporting the cargo pants instead of the JeriSuit, and you could feel the life escape the room when he teased changing the belt, only to make it an 'M'
The Rock - a step up from Triple H, but just never felt right

The spinner belt looked good on pretty much everyone but HHH and Alberto Del Rio Triple H always looked best with the Big Gold Belt, I think for Del Rio it was the design of the belt not being conductive to doing rails off.
