“The people who work at WWE are our company’s greatest asset and Suzette’s experience as a business partner and leader will prove to be invaluable for the organization,” said McMahon.
So she'll be in charge of firing their greatest resource en masse every 90 days, good times

Surely she'll just be a name on a slip for most of the actual talent.
She'll potentially have more involvement in office related workers, but I'd think the talent decisions, including hiring/firing/finances will still rest with Vince and any advice he gets from his cronies and the trainers.
It might just be her to make the call to release people rather than Johnny Ace, though as 'chief' she may have others under her to do that still, including, potentially, Johnny.

I was hoping it would be the mysterious "Kikuchi" from the NJPW/Ibushi thread.

I doubt talent ever has many dealings with her; talent relations seems like it's own department entirely, so she'll be dealing with the office end of things. Which is pretty sound on paper; bring someone with real business experience in to do the corporate, office-side management of your departments like marketing and logistics, people who will need to be dealt with in normal corporate structures and not the carny headgames of the wrestling business, then have your wrestling business people heading talent relations.

I am sure the corporate side is completely professional. On the talent side they have the attitude of everyone wants to work for WWE so they can treat them like crap. But on the corporate side they probably feel like they have a stigma so they keep things completely businesslike and professional. If they treated corporate employees like they do talent they would run out of employees real quick.

Yeah people are so deeply stuck in the wrestling side of things they forget just how many people WWE employees outside of the ring.

If they treated corporate employees like they do talent they would run out of employees real quick. I mean, they sort of do treat their employees the same way to an extent. Like, a lot of divisions were practically wiped out during the first sets of 2020 cuts but they weren’t talked about as the talent ones because they weren’t as high profile. Like, the online content side was why we barely get any YouTube content now besides The Bump and (along with the pandemic) why the podcast content wasn’t as consistent as it once was. Because most of the people involved in those were fired. Heck, a reason the website is still how it is because they keep cutting people.

I thought it was gonna be Hornswoggle. Hilarity and hi-jinks ensue!! Tune into RAW to see what HR Officer 'Swoggle does next!
Seriously though, surely these executive positions should be determined by battle royals? That's how Regal got his GM position.

Day 1 is gonna be really confusing for her when she gets complaints from all the UK roster about working with nonces.
