Docile little fellow. He was chilling in the sideyard yesterday not giving a care in the world as my dog barked right in his face. When I realized what she was barking at, I corralled her inside and chased the snake off. It went under a fence, and I thought that would be the end of it.
Well, today I step out of my room (without my glasses) and almost step on this thing who decided to let itself in! Again, it didn’t care. It barely cared when I gloved up and grabbed him to stick him in the can. It’s currently living in the can as I decide where to let him go.

It’s now my best friend. Handling him with no issue. This dude doesn’t care.
Still going to release him soon though. Don’t love the idea of giving frozen mice to a pet creature.

Anyone know what species of snake that is?
If the little guy is that chill with people, it could be someone's pet. Check around your neighborhood and see if anyone's missing one.
