I think he loses the wwe title to Cody at Summerslam and then the Universal to Drew at Clash breaking the 2 year mark. He can then win one of the titles back in 2023 before defending against the Rock at mania and keeping it till mania 40 when he drops it to Theory or Bron

That's been my guess for quite a while. The human body isn't built to withstand the WWE schedule or just the majority of pro wrestling in general. Add Roman's history with disease with that statement and the Vacant's chances go even higher. I fully believe the entire reign will end like a wet fart after an injury/illness and nobody will gain any heat/rub for it. |

They've made the WWE World Heavyweight/Universal titles - with its direct lineages through to 1905 and unofficially as far back as Abraham f***ing Lincoln - utterly irrelevant to what we get with WWE.
Roman Reigns is a champion of nothing. He doesn't defend the title - he doesn't promote anything of it beyond the asinine "ACKNOWLEDGE ME!" BS. Nobody is even trying to challenge for the title. He has no place within the world of WWE anymore.
He's the tree whose fall in the forest nobody will be nearby to hear. And that's just as Vince would have it.
