I woke up Sunday morning with a bunch of bruises on my arm, leg, and chest, all on the left side of my body. While I admit I spent Saturday chilling indoors watching movies and getting tipsy I don’t recall falling or bumping into anything, certainly not hard enough to cause this kind of bruising. I do toss and turn in my sleep abs have woken up with aches and pains for it before, but this feels a bit further than that. I am honestly perplexed at how this came about. Only explanations I’ve got are my cats slipped me a Mickey and wither me over while I was unconscious, or some kind of supernatural hoodoo is going on. Anyone else ever experience something like this?!

Perhaps you are sleepwalking? I knew a dude that had zero history of sleepwalking and then suddenly he's like 50 years and and sleepwalking around his house breaking all sorts of shit. He thought his ex-wife was being a ninja and vandalizing his house until he set up cameras and saw himself.

Have you gotten your blood sugar and stuff like that checked out lately? Diabetes and high blood sugar can cause easy bruising.

Though I wonder if the blood pressure medication I am on played a part as I know sone blood thinners make you more prone to bruising. But this is still perplexing, it looks like I got in a fight. |

You have to at least set up a camera to record you while you sleep. So if the poltergeist Garvin Stomps you while you sleep, you have it on film.
