The new boss that transferred into my work...while being a giant piece of shit asshole to everyone, is a racist. I had been wondering why the Asian guy that's been there 9 years kept getting shit on...or the black guys were getting hit with stupid things..
Lady I work with was like "my brother actually works where he came from..dude has a bunch of racist complaints, all the minorities transferred out"
How does a company employ someone like this? It makes me want to walk the f*** out.

some companies transfer problem staff sideways instead of dealing with an issue when it arises.. usually because the problem person knows someone high up or because it would cost too much to get rid of them.

Document, document, document. Every single time. This dude is right. And this dude is right too. Keep a record of every thing, no matter how seemingly insignificant. Texts, IMs, e-mails, anything and everything. I had a semi-superior I was tasked with a bit of onboarding try to say to my bosses' boss I hadn't given him the necessary information and training. My Sent Items said otherwise and he was sent away.

Three to one says it's a gambit to get them out and replaced with fresh (white) faces they don't have to pay as much (barring any sort of union, collective bargaining, etc)
