Word going around is he's willing to accept an 8 game suspension and $5M fine He's trying do his best to not miss the season Oh, I’d be willing to accept that too if I were in his position. As I’ve heard if he gets a full year suspension there’s language in his “fully guaranteed” deal that lets the Browns kick him to the curb and keep their money. Well, Browns basically got ahead of that with the low figure they are paying him Year 1 as they probably expected him to miss most if not all the year Now, if he got in more trouble then they obviously have something in there to get their funds |

I feel sorry for the Jets. I mean, they ruin their chances of winning enough just by being the shitty Jets, but losing a starting QB to an ACL isn't something I'd wish on any team.

And now the questions will linger because fair or not to Zack, coming off an injury he will have to perform next year and if he doesn't he probably doesn't get his option picked up Depending on what happens this year as far as their record be interesting to see where they go. |

I know I should be used to disappointment being a Jets fan and all but losing a starting tackle and QB in the same week before the season even begins!? Just f***ing rough and yeah I wasn't expecting playoffs this year but this should have been the season to see if this Douglas rebuild had actual legs under it. Just FML hope for a speedy recovery for Wilson but man does it f***ing suck to love such a snake bitten team

Now, you have to worry about Wilson and I expect him to recover but he has no room for growth now. Next year he will have to ball out or risk Jets looking for shiny new toy On the bright side, I am still excited about the other young pieces and bringing in a quality vet with Receiving core can still do some good. Wilson might not progress but everyone else can |

Wilson is very talented and a lot of people were predicting him to take a big step forward this season, and now it's a lost season entirely for him and likely for the Jets as a whole.

Jets still going to believe in him like I said but they will have decisions to make in the offseason. I doubt even if they really suck they would take a QB as it would be up to their evaluation if they think someone like Stroud or Young is better than Wilson |

You def can't Jets didn't make a move up for Watson so they don't really have any attachments outside of a lost draft pick but in the NFL if you don't have a QB you don't have a team. It would def make Douglas look bad to have to punt on Wilson if they are in position to make that move but they will probably lean on Cards and how they drafted Murray Of course their is always the flip side of being able to get a massive haul of draft picks to really set your team up so he will have decisions if it comes down to that |
