I don’t watch a ton of college football. But Anthony Richardsons college numbers look pretty pedestrian while playing for a middle of the road team. I get the numbers at the combine are exciting but do we just forget his college stats ? Someone going to draft him on those numbers and a few really good Mahomes like plays in college and hope that he plays like Patrick weekly in the NFL. Dude could be unstoppable in the right system or be in the XFL in a few years. We’ll see. He definitely strikes me as the kind of prospect that really needs to go to the right situation. If he gets picked by the right team with the right coaching staff to help him develop his game he has the tools to be great but if the wrong team drafts him I could see it going pretty bad.

I’ll most likely be starting a new thread for the off-season this week
Tho for now continue to post here
Derek Carr looks to be headed to Saints. He fancied Jets more but looks like they are trying hard for Rodgers

I personally think Carr will do just fine in New Orleans. He'll get a min of 9 dome games a season, he'll get to play in the warm weather south when not in a dome and I can see him being the Cousins of the NFC South, someone who could lead you to a division title and maybe one playoff win but not a player you'd ever trust to get you to the promised land. Now after saying all that if he did go to the Jets Id say the opposite would happen and it would have been a huge mistake. He would cost way too much to be maybe the 3rd best QB in the division, he'd be playing a ton in the freezing cold which he is historically bad at and he would never get the Jets through the hellish gauntlets that'll be the AFC playoffs for the foreseeable future.
As for the Raiders, they should prob just embrace the rebuild and not try to land some mid tier FA QB like Tannehill or Geno

Saints using their -49 million dollars in cap space wisely.

Saints using their -49 million dollars in cap space wisely. The cap is such a joke. The Saints have seemingly been in dire cap hell forever and still manage to manipulate numbers and kick the can down the road even further. I’m sure it will eventually catch them, but if you have a smart money man in the front office you can almost do whatever you want. Lol

Welp, if you're a team needing to pay your QB this off-season, you might want to get on that.

$52 million in year one of three, for a man who has been not that great all of his career before last season
