Carter obviously wasn't driving the car that caused the deaths, but this is a really bad thing for him especially right at the start of the combine. As of right now, the arrest warrants are just for misdemeanors, but I do think this will hurt his draft stock. Prior to this he was fourth overall at worst. Now....*shrugs*

NFLPA released report cards on how teams offered amenities and services for players.
The Commanders were the worst team, but the Cardinals literally had five Fs, including being the only team that charged people for food.

NFLPA released report cards on how teams offered amenities and services for players. The Commanders were the worst team, but the Cardinals literally had five Fs, including being the only team that charged people for food. The Colts were right in the middle of the pack. The players don't like the food provided nor the fact that only the coaches get first class plane seats. Some complained that they made young players room together on the road, but when you hear those same players talk about their roommates years later it sounds like it helped the young players feel like they were part of a team and made them closer to their teammates (I was surprised to learn that Baron Corbin and Pat McAfee were former travel roommates and that they are still close because of it). They also got middle of the pack ratings for team facilities despite getting A's for most of those categories. |

That's unsurprising A lot of modern QBs and players look up to Vick, helps Vick's stayed out of trouble completely since the dog fighting, Watson's a name you probably don't want to bring up right now but from a talent perspective again it's unsurprising. |

Jim Irsay has certain expectations regarding the character of his QBs. Being dumb enough to put Watson’s name in your mouth is likely a black mark against you as far as both Irsay and Ballard are concerned. |

I’m thinking that this dude is trying some guerrilla psychology to avoid the Colts taking him. There’s no way that was unintentional. lol I think it more likely the Colts draft Richardson or Young, so that’d probably send Stroud to the Raiders, which is a perennial dumpster fire. At least the only real mark against the Colts was bringing in Saturday, but even that can be explained. Irsay really believed in Saturday, but that could have gone one of two ways. Saturday could have justified that faith or the team hits the skids even worse under him and they tank without trying to. |

The Colts requested to talk to Deshaun Watson last year to explore trading for him, so I doubt Stroud will be hurt in the Colts' eyes by mentioning Watson. |

I doubt it has any bearing whatsoever on his draft status. I'm sure he just meant on the field, not that he aspires to be subpoenaed by dozens of women. The top QBs aren't without warts, but if you have a shot at them and are shambles at QB you should definitely take one. Stroud looked like an NFL caliber QB against Georgia with both of his top WRs out.

It's being reported that the Giants have offered Danny Dimes a contract that's somewhere between 35M-39M a season. Danny of course was/is seeking 45M a year. I say do it Giants really duck up the QB market and create chaos for all. Just think about how Carr and Jimmy will view that they'd be like if Danny is worth nearly 40 than we should be around 50 which will domino for Lamar going if they're 50 than I'm at least 60-70.
