being a colts fan is so exhausting There’s good to be seen, though: - They more or less moved the ball at will. In fact, statistically they currently lead the NFL. - The defense was pretty stingy on all but a couple drives, meaning they’ll be real tough when Leonard returns. - Matt Ryan had 5 disastrous plays, but outside of them actually did fairly well. Clean up the mistakes (particularly on the snap exchange) and he may take them places. After all, even with his own gaffes he could have passed for over 400 and 3 TDs if not for 2 end zone drops by Pierce and Dulin. - JT did JT things. - Understandably, MPJ was the focus of the Texans’ coverage. Not surprisingly, it didn’t matter as he had a great game (9 catches, 121 yds, and a TD). - Grover Stewart showed has to be double teamed now, which is a problem since Buckner already had to be double teamed. - Kwitty Paye eventually became too much to handle (2 sacks in OT). - Coming back from 3 scores down in the 4th quarter is still noteworthy. |

Ain't even out of week 1 & the cowboys are in the mud Honestly, I’ve had a decided hatred of the Cowboys since Jerry signed Greg Hardy. The guy was convicted of nearly beating his girlfriend to death (while threatening to kill her with the gun he had on him). He then appealed and paid the woman to ghost the prosecutor so he couldn’t bring her to testify against him in the appellate trial, leading to his charges getting cleared. That’s the kind of POS Jerry is willing to deal with if he can win another title. F*** him. |
