-Kurt Angle's Summerslam 2002 candy stripe attire.
-Curtis Axel's ill-fitting singlet that he wore once (forgot which PPV).

I never got why Mark Henry wore the black singlets in his World's Strongest Man days. I get he was a pretty no-nonsense character, but it just really would have benefited from a splash of color, maybe akin to Hennig's old singlets. He added some coloured trim to those singlets around 2008-2009 which made them look better, but he couldn’t do Mr. Perfect-esque bright colours. Unless you forgot about his Kool Aid Man bright red gear.

Maybe do that in a brighter color, silver even if it was a time when they were still trying to push "Silverback" as a thing before they backed off that for well-discussed reasons.

Why does Koko get all the heat for those goofy outfits? Even Bret said Owen felt like putting him with Koko in those pants was a rib on him. Why does nobody ever mention that Jim Neidhart wore those pants before anybody? He started wearing them after the Hart Foundation split in summer 91. Owen started wearing them when he returned to team with Jim in late 91. Koko didn't start wearing them till he started teaming with Owen in summer 92. Didn't know that. I thought these outfits started with New Foundation. I think Koko was the only one of the three who really wore the outfit. For Owen and Anvil, the outfits wore them.

Owen was probably wishing and longing for a firefighter position at the time. No way could he or WWF even be thinking he would have a long term position with the company being teamed with Koko. Teaming with Koko in 1992 was probably a future endeavor waiting to happen. Owen even took the pinfall loss at Survivor Series 1992. I'm glad Owen got a few years of fame but I wish he had been let go or left.

Anybody else remember when WCW randomly added Jimmy Del Ray to the Cruiserweight Division as "Jimmy Graffiti" and had him dressed up like this: Only me? Carry on....

Koko wore that outfit and had to have a metric ton of bird crap on the back of it.

It was many years before I realized that was Jimmy Del Ray. I thought this was an effort to have their own Mikey Whipwreck, but why they would want to have their own Mikey Whipwreck, I can't say.

EZ Money in ECW with the weird half tights / half trunks combo. See also Zack Ryder with the one leg covered & one leg bare. Stripy gear in general never seems to be a good look. The Fiend for example would’ve looked WAY better in anything other than the candy striped tights. The only person who I remember looking half decent in striped gear was Terry Funk & even that’s debatable.

Yeah, I think Mikey himself had a pretty bad look, if we're being honest, but it was just so uniquely him that it worked.
Stevie Richards in the daisy dukes and crop top is another one that I think fits here.
But, yeah, "how do you do, fellow kids?" Jimmy "Graffiti" Del Ray is definitely my answer here. And what's even crazier is he had some really good matches during that brief run, in my opinion.

Sarah Logan's gear at the Rumble this year is probably the most unflattering ring gear I've ever seen.

Marty Jannetty had some odd looks when he came back for his feud with Shawn Michaels in 1993. This look in particular makes it look like he got in a fight with some mini-blinds backstage.

Jeff Hardy as Willow. Outside of his debut they made no attempt to give the character a different look and feel. It was just Jeff wearing a mask.
Jeff Jarrett’s Aztec Warrior look ranks too.
Also William Regal’s old lady bathing suit singlet.

After Hart Foundation split Neidhart started doing commentary on Wrestling Challenge and some house shows. For some reason wearing this outfit. I believe Jim was Flair's first non jobber opponent in WWF. Flair beat Jim while Jim was wearing this outfit on an episode of Superstars in November or December 91. Shortly after Owen was back wearing this eyesore alongside Jim.

The last few years of his career Kane looked like a cheap indy rip off version of himself.
Like compare the gear Kane had from 2002 to Kane in the mask at any point post 2012, he looks so much crappier post 2012.

Did Owen swipe that exact outfit from Anvil?
