Looking around Youtube, I think that the first PPV Vince McMahon did the intro for was Wrestlemania 5 and the last was Wrestlemania 8. Cant find anymore Vince-narrated intros after that. They were kind of hokey, but McMahon was able to hype the shows and make them seem larger than life.
