Turn him face and adopt the mannerisms he has streaming. He's like the most likable guy ever outside of wrestling. I think sometimes TheChuggz should show up and be treated as a completely different person. Like during a Lumberjack match TheChuggz would just be there on the outside like hi and somebody would be like "they had ADAM COLE as a LUMBERJACK" and everybody would be like idk what you mean that's Chuggz.

He cheats Tony Khan out of ownership of AEW, becoming an evil authority figure, because wrestling certainly needs more of those. He's now in charge of making matches, and his word is law ... Cole's Law.
Finding little support from fellow AEW wrestlers, he turns to ROH stars looking to get their big break. Eventually he hand-picks someone from the roster to be his right hand man, leading to the unstoppable team of Cheeseburger and Cole's Law.
To assert their authority, they begin stiffing everyone with their moves, aka Cheeseburger and Cole's Law with potatoes.

Shave his head, make him a manager and rename him Budge. You joke, but tbh if they made something like Silver and Reynolds bugging him an onscreen thing, it would be pretty damn fun to watch on TV I think. Just them or characters like them that just annoy Cole to no end but he still tolerates them for some reason.

Give him a J. Cole gimmick and have him try to outrap Max Caster and also play C-tier level basketball.

I really think a face turn is the answer but he needs to keep an edge to him. The tricky part is that doesn’t seem like it’s anywhere in sight.

First thing - he stops doing that stupid little dance he does before the Adam Cole bit
Second - he does something else than outstretch his arms as he walks down the aisle
Third - Get rid of that Panama sunrise.
Four - Lowering the Boom is a horrible horrible name, made worse by the commentators.

Whenever Adam Cole's not on-screen, all the other wrestlers should be asking "Where's Adam Cole?".

Change his name to just Cole. Get him into some 50/50 booking every week on both Dynamite and Rampage. Bring in Goldberg and have Cole do the job. Put him in a random tag team & split them up after about 6 weeks.

I mean... do something with him? As I said in the UE thread.
They are all used to make it seem like they're important... but then like they don't do anything of importance with them.
They are clearly in a holding pattern until Kenny is back so they can do the Elite vs. the Undisputed. But it's not doing anything for the Undisputed boys to just kinda be hanging around.
It's one of my biggest complaints of AEW, they aren't very good at shifting feuds on the fly. Storylines will stop for like months for no reason other than someone is injured or preoccupied with something else... so... like all build up stops... and we end up in a weird holding pattern until the timing is how they like it... and sometimes it's quick and settles itself in a month... some times it's like half a year before we get any momentum... sometimes it's like... over a year before anything happens.

Turn him face. He's crazy over with the crowd and hasn't been a babyface in forever. He's basically the same heel character he's been for the last 4 or 5 years.
I have no doubt he'd be a great face. He's great in the ring, on the mic and is a super likable guy irl. It's just time to change it up imo.

The same thing happened in ROH. He starts off as top dog leader of his own stable (The Kingdom/Undisputed Era), joins a new stable (The Bullet Club/The Elite) where he's immediately playing second fiddle to someone else, then it's not allowed to play out to its logical conclusion with a big match against Kenny Omega (NJPW won't allow it/Omega takes time off for injuries). And you wonder why he loses momentum?
Theoretically Omega's return and us getting the big Omega-Cole feud with Cole going over should fix this, but honestly it might be too little, too late.

AS I said above the "hold all storylines in a holding pattern" above... I will say in their defense usually when they finally break the pattern they do it successfully... not that it's entirely worth the wait, but when they finally rip the bandage off they usually knock it out of the park.

When a guy hasn’t even been in the company a year and there’s already threads on how to freshen him up it’s pretty clear how much of a bust his AEW run has been. I'm not a fan of his right now but he's definitely not a bust. The crowds love him and he's super over. I would say a change in character and nothing resembling his run in NxT would help here. Also tone down on the finisher fest matches. It shouldn't be every big match he does it.
