Any company, any length of time.what was your absolute favourite time being a wrestling fan? For me its Royal Rumble 2000 to wrestlemania 17.i know its a common one but i was at the absolute height of my fandom and have never enjoyed wrestling more than that period. What about you guys?

As it was happening, definitely WWF during 2000 into early 2001. Product was just fantastic, as were the figures, and Smackdown 2 coming out end of 2000.
As for my favourite time that I didn't watch through as it was happening, 1997 WWF. Great storylines and characters and it's fascinating to watch that gradual transition from new gen into the attitude era.

Yeah spot on!my 2 favourite years without doubt.both similar in that they found the perfect balance of storytelling and in ring quality for me

The Attitude Era in general was my height as a fan, but WWF from January through August 2000 is the period I look back on most fondly. Wasn't perfect by any means, but I just love it.

Probably ‘86-‘89, covering pretty much every promotion running in the US at the time, but mostly JCP/WCW.
The Horsemen, the Midnight Express vs Rock n Roll Express, Hogan vs Andre and Savage, the rise of Sting, the Flair/Steamboat trilogy, the Flair/Funk feud, Heenan & Monsoon are all highlights, but I also have memories of Memphis, World Class, Continental, and the AWA.
And I watched so much of it with my dad and 2 uncles. I still have my dad but both uncles are no longer with us. One of them actually passed in ‘90, and while it certainly didn’t stop me from watching, it definitely changed everything.

Add me to the group saying the late Attitude Era. Probably the only era I don't look back on and say, "I could've done it better". As said above, far from being perfect, but probably the best week-to-week product in the time I've been watching. Honorable mention: 2003-2004. Yes, the height of the Reign of Terror, but the product was still pretty solid and I have fond memories of it.

The ten years between 1991-2001 was my obsessive years. Started watching in 1991 and became a part time fan in 2001, those 10 years were a magical time.

Attitude Era. Raw felt unpredictable every week, and the late 90s were the first years of my internet access. The South Park versions of WWF and WCW wrestlers I saw online were hilarious, and thought the midi themes on the Geocities sites added to their presentation.
Most of Rock N' Wrestling happened when I was very little, but I did like the Mega Powers Explode angle.
1992 WCW was also interesting.

I'm gonna add ECW 1996 to my list, but with an asterisk, as my exposure to the company was limited. Currently, I'm really enjoying the company from 2000, as well. Between Lou Gregory's channel on Youtube and what I have through HighSpots, despite the company being at death's door, it's still compelling week-to-week TV.

Didn't watch WWE in 2013, been watching that year on the network, loving it so far.

My first experience as a fan was from 1990-93. I’d say the best age for wrestling (at least the WWF/E) encompasses this era, and stretches back to 1987.
