Last night at Triplemania XXX from Tijuana, Rey Fenix won The AAA Cruiserweight and Latin American Championships. Winning both titles in a five way match that also included Laredo Kid, Bandido, Taurus, and Hijo del Vikingo.
With winning those titles, he is now a Grand Slam Champion in AAA, having previously won the AAA Tag Titles with his brother Penta Oscuro and The AAA Mega Championship.

Why was Hijo De Vikingo in the match? Isn't he AAA Mega Champion?

Two more belts that could appear on AEW Television. There should be a list of that at this point.

Why was Hijo De Vikingo in the match? Isn't he AAA Mega Champion? It's Mexico. Belts mean... not much. So Vikingo being there means nothing.

Why was Hijo De Vikingo in the match? Isn't he AAA Mega Champion? Not that surprising since John Morrison was Mega, Cruiserweight and Latin American Champion at the same time.

I know title belts aren't the end-all, be-all for lucha, but that's still pretty cool Fenix has crossed them all off. Fenix and Penta's AAA loyalty is interesting given they could be doing NJPW in the blink of an eye if they cut ties, but I imagine it's more lucrative for them. Shows how much times have changed, given before Lucha Underground, Fenix and Pentagon Jr. were pretty low on the totem pole. LU helped the brothers become mega stars, despite all the people LU kinda screwed over at times, like Cuerno/Fantasma.
