To be honest, the lack of 1 on 1 contests make this very hard to get excited about. I'm sure it will be a fun show, but not exactly the spectacle that I was expecting. And I don't say that just because American Dragon is injured.

Not really
It will be great matches without question but there is not much getting my interest since we have seen AEW and NJPW work together for a hot min. Feels like it took away from the product as well so hopefully things get back on track once this is done

A week ago I wasn't, but with inter promotional shows I dont expect many big matchups because of egos and companies cant afford to have a wrestler lose. I just hope AEW returns the favor in terms of doing jobs because their other inter promotional stuff ended in routs.

Not really, I don't follow NJPW so this show doesn't really interest me.
I'm looking forward to Blood & Guts and what lies ahead after this PPV over.

No but I hope it's a big enough success for a second attempt with golden lovers, Punk and Danielson involved.

I am now. I've made my peace with the card not being what I wanted it to be because what I wanted turned out to be impossible, thanks to injuries/miscellaneous circumstances. There are too many multi-man matches and a few where guys have been added because they're safe people to pin, but overall, I think it's going to be a banging card. I'm not expecting any earth-shattering, long-term repercussions from this, just a ton of fun matches.

I’m anxious to get to the show so nobody else has to pull out side to injury or sickness

It was likely unavoidable that at least at first there would be a large amount of multi man matches. If their relationship grow well we could see a second show with bigger stakes and stories. But honestly 2 one on one is around the lines of what I expected,3 if we were lucky. But does make me think, are they going to trade wins?

The injuries have dampened the dream match element, but the quality of the show is something else. I'm really looking forward to Ospray/Cassidy , since Orange adapts very well to other people's styles.
I feel like this show will look better in hindsight.

I think this show is going to have multiple potential 4 to 5 star bangers on it, regardless of the weird injury/CMLL curse plaguing it
So yes I'm still very excited, just wish that it didn't feel so unlucky for the first attempt at it.

I am in the middle. I'm excited for a couple of matches and I'm curious to see who the surprise is. Other than that, not really. The injuries have definitely taken a major toll on this show. I hope the show does enough buys that we get another one with a better lineup next year.

There were always going to be multiman matches, like NJPW isn't gonna just let Shingo take a loss same as AEW isn't gonna want Hangman just doing a job either. There's a lot of politics in a show like this.
