No matter how hard I look, I can't see any better. His character absolutely brilliant, the guy shocked everyone when he betrayed the Shield in 2014 to join The Authority, crazy match at the 2015 Royal Rumble against Cena and Lesnar with this magic Rollins spot stealing the show in this match. His absolutely phenomenal cash-in which sublimates the end of WM 31. Great match against Cena at SummerSlam where 3 titles are stakes. And afterwards, lots of great matches and promos whether in the main event or in the mid card for the Intercontinental title. He even managed to lay a ****1/2 with The Miz. In the end, his only false note was the feuds against Corbin and the Fiend where he was able to catch up perfectly afterwards with Rey Mysterio, Cesaro, Edge and of course Cody.

In terms of in ring talent, I'd argue he's the best since Shawn Michaels. His mic work and character may pivot based on his alignment, storyline or who he's feuding with, but the ring work is always there.

The Mysterio feud was absolutely trash, honestly, but Rollins definitely got overall better when he became a dad/got married, since I feel like he's come off so much less insecure as he sometimes did even after he'd reached the top.
As for creating a star, I know he was obviously a world champion in Ring of Honor, but he's definitely matured a lot as an act in WWE, so if he's not invented in WWE, he's certainly reinvented. Not sure if he'd be my top success story, but he's certainly someone who WWE was smart to invest in overall.

Meh. He's good in-ring but I've never once enjoyed his character outside of The Shield; his current character in particular has me scrambling for the mute button whenever he's not in a match.

Yeah, they’ve obviously pushed the guy and some of it was great (authority heel run, early singles face push) but there’s been a lot of crap. I’d say he’s responsible for a lot of his success in the last year or so.

I haven't seen any WWE since 2019, but up to that point Rollins had a real issue with connecting his wrestling to his character.
As a character he is so much better as a heel, but his move set is babyface as f***.
I'm not even sure he's the best star they created out of the Shield.

I could probably think of at least like a dozen guys who've been around at some point in that timeframe I'd rather watch than him.

I’m in a weird place with Rollins in that I think he’s an all-timer, but he’s also the reason the WWE think gauntlet matches are a device to establish babyfaces, forgetting not everyone is Seth Rollins.
On a serious note, though, save for a couple of patches here and there, he’s my pick for most watchable WWE performer I can recall in recent times.

He reminds me a lot of Kurt Angle during his first WWF run. Someone who is fantastic in the ring with a lot of character range and manages to be at a main event level no matter how much stupid storyline stuff they give him.

He’s had some down points over the years, but when he’s ON he’s my favorite guy in the company by quite a bit.

Their biggest success stories since 2015 are probably mostly women's division stuff. They've arguably been the highlight of the company for a lot of that time. If you can only pick one then Becky. In less than a year she went from losing in the pre-show battle royal to main eventing Wrestlemania and arguably being the top star in the company.
For men I think Tribal Chief/Head of the Table Roman is the biggest success. He turned heel and immediately felt like a bigger star than he ever did as a face, became a bigger ratings draw, sold more merch and become more accepted by fans, largely because they had been begging for him to turn for years.

Still sort of not over how much they squandered his face run especially after the win against Brock. Like, they made people turn on him astoundingly quick and Rollins dealt with it extremely poorly on social media.

Between the 1-2 punch of putting him with Becky onscreen and having them feud with Corbin at his most bland and a not even close to ready Lacey Evans, he never had a chance.

It just....made no sense. He beats Lesnar, the absolute big bad who had run over pretty much everyone over the course of a few years and his first feud off of that is Baron Corbin, who wasn't anywhere near ready for a title program. Then we throw in Becky who he somehow had NO chemistry with and Lacy Evans, who was green and not nearly over enough for what they were going for.
How was that NOT supposed to fail? It'd be like Hogan slaying Andre and then feuding with Butch Reed
You could have put him against almost anyone else and had better results

What's wild is if Rollins and Becky were put back together on-screen now with their current ridiculous looks, it might work.

It’s honestly a miracle the guy still has a career after his 2019.

And The Fiend feud eroded all the goodwill left from the dude! Like…how?!
