But in all seriousness though, didn't expect to read this tonight, thought he would remain in charge till his dying day and no doubt if he had his way would have.
Even if we put the allegations a side briefly he should have called it quits years ago.
It's a shame when those you grew up watching end up not being great people. Still be interesting to see where WWE goes from here.

The last Vince-booked Wrestlemania in hindsight was probably his dream Mania. He finally got a Brock-Roman main event the crowd didn't shit on. He finally got to do his dream Charlotte/Ronda match without Becky ruining it. The guy who helped him win the MNW came back for a final match. Arguably his greatest gimmick creation in Undertaker went into the Hall of Fame. A bunch of celebrities. Got one of the rival promotions top stars to return. And even managed to book himself to win a match despite being 77 years old and looking like absolute shit.

I think he’s a terrible human being and so-so wrestling creative (Not saying the same about his ability to make money or for doing business ) but the man shaped my childhood and love of wrestling.
Whilst I’ve moved on from his brand of ‘sports-entertainment’ and have no particular wish to thank him or give any sort of praise I do still have to acknowledge his impact on wrestling and life in general, both the good and the bad (Moreso the later but was some of the former)

In all honesty, highly doubt things will be that much better product wise with Hunter and Stephanie in charge.
I’ve just never had much time for their vision of wrestling, either. They thought the anti-Vaxx clock dude was a star.

Vince was probably ADR's only chance of getting another WWE run, doesn't suprise me he's kissing up. Besides them both being awful people obviously. |

The guy has a good look and isn't bad. The crowd is starting to respond and while the rocket push may end, I dont think they should dump him. They need future stars, he could be one. |

How big a deal is this if he's still WWE's largest shareholder? Internet says he owns 37.6% of the company's total shares and 81% of the voting units. Great that they're getting him out of there so he's not abusing his employees but how much of the product will change itself when he's got the power that counts and WWE is recording record profits?
