Ok, from PWInsider, which is a pretty good WWE source. This mirrors what we heard from Fightful today:
From Mike Johnson:
Since everyone is going to ask about Vince McMahon being at Raw, this is what PWInsider.com has been told by several sources:
McMahon is not slated, as of 6:30 PM, to appear on tonight's Raw.
McMahon is not there to take over creative or to even run the taping.
We are told McMahon is in Boston, primarily visiting with John Cena and that the usual production and executive team are handling things no different than usual.
We are also told that Vince is sporting a mustache.

There is no chance Vince will be happy to just chill out backstage at RAW and not get the urge to take over.
You'd have to be so gullible to believe that.
This is just another step down the road to him being in charge of creative again.
I am begging to get a photo of Vince Mcmahon with a moustache though. We need a hero backstage to take a quick sneaky pic.
