If Vince is no longer head of creative is there anyone you see getting more or less screen time going forward?
If HHH's influence on creative rises, I think some of his NXT favorites like Balor and Asuka might be booked better.
Some will say Theory's push could die due to his on-screen association with Vince but I don't think it will. He's young, talented and the decision to put the MITB on him has already been made. He shouldn't be winning the world title anytime soon but I think he should continue to be steadily pushed at the upper-midcard level.

Theory will be fine, he was getting pushed in Black and Gold too.
On that note, I can't say this bodes well for Madcap Moss, though.

I’m sure HHH is calling Io Shirai telling her she is going to the main roster asap.

I could see Austin Theory going back to a slow methodical push to the main event and get the title sometime later this year and not at Summer Slam

I think they'll be looking for a new executive producer in fairly short order. I'd say there might be more input from a more streamlined creative team that will have some leeway now to work with the talent to put some decent promo work and storylines together.
As for the roster, there aren't a lot of people who won't benefit from McMahon's departure. There will be, I imagine, a return of PR events and initiatives that absolutely did a lot to appeal to a broader audience base. It'll be interesting to see if Sasha and Naomi return now that the prime reasons for their departure have themselves departed.
Depending on if a sale is in the offing, Nick Khan may find himself at odds with Stephanie over the size of the roster. Among those cut during the last two years were a number of good-to-great talents who could definitely help right now. The remaining "old guard" of NXT are due to be called up.
The biggest change, I think, will be in how the main event scene looks. While Goldberg may be brought in as an emergency replacement for Brock for Summerslam, I don't think they'll be dipping into the Legends well much longer. There will almost certainly be no appearance by Cena or the Rock in the near future, and the damage done over the scandal might also shut WWE out of Hollywood for a little while, at least until they can reassure partners and other contacts that a definite line has been drawn under all of it. In the meantime, there are quite a few folks on the roster who might be owed more than a perfunctory title run or two - if not to keep them in the company, then at least to show the world that WWE's best are the world's best. Balor, almost definitely, is getting a decent run with at least one of the big titles before he's out the door if Paul and Steph have their way. Asuka's been punching at her level - at any given time they could throw a title at her and she'll run with it. Bayley may likewise get another kick at the can when she returns.
If there is some hope from today's announcement, it's the prospect of maybe getting something of what we want by the end of the night on live TV - something to send us home happy at least once in a while.

Is anyone really getting pushed at all at the moment aside from Theory?
And I suspect he'll be safe just because he is 2002 Orton. Even moving away from Vince's body obsession, Theory has a great look, can talk, can work and is worth the punt. Just needs to be slower.
It may be that Brock isnt seen as worth it anymore.
It may be we see the Roman story finally find a conclusion.
But in general, I dont see seismic changes within creative or direction coming right now.
Slow and steady for the sake of the stock.

I can certainly see a different booker or creative team thinking right we can't have both World titles on a part time guy. Reigns has wrestled one match on TV all year, and has now regularly started to miss weekly TV and the Premium events altogether.
The Reigns ridiculous superman push may be nearing an end. Not saying he's going to the 24/7 division or anything silly like that but maybe he isn't booked quite as strong?

There's no f***** way that now that Steph and HHH have some power, they would even pretend to care about Kevin Dunn and respect anything coming from his vision
Nobody can be that good of a liar and tell with a straight face that he's some kind of genius and knows how to produce any shit

No idea. Maybe we might get a handful of character resets, but it’s hard to guess when the whole structure is in flux.

I see a slow shift in how the women are booked, for sure, as HHH and Steph will move away from constantly pushing women based only on their appearance. NXT black and gold had a tremendous women's division. They also had a large number of female prospects who got cut during covid. I could see some of them making a return. We'll also be free of Vince and Dunn's weird hatred of women with accents.
