Restock the coffers with talent, enforce the brand split more strongly, separate the unified titles again. This is my hope.

5 hours of the same talent pool every week would just be too much. 3 hours of the RAW brand is still too much. During the Hogan era, Hulk was barely ever on TV. MAYBE 1-2 a month. In the Austin era, he was on TV once a week at most until Smackdown, and it was around the establishment of SmackDown when ratings started to go down as a whole (albeit slowly). In the internet era, this is only magnified. Truish... but The Hogan era tv isn't really comparable, since it was mostly jobber squashes and stuff building to the house shows. That said Hogan was absolutely on the shows more than 1-2 month... not WRESTLING but he was absolutely cutting a promo, or his opponent was cutting a promo or having a jobber squash... or they were hyping his next house show, etc. Also Austin may have been on one WEEK of shows... but he was all over that one show too... it's not like he came out cut his promo and left... also Heat showed up first and usually had a recap of what happened on Raw. But when the roster is not split and everyone is on the same show... Smackdown almost ALWAYS becomes RAW rematch the show... it doesn't have to be... but that's what has happened. With the split rosters you can actually have two sets of mid carders, and main eventers and have NEW people getting over and it's better overall for a large company with usually a massive roster. Of course Roman needs to f*** off of one of them...

Financially probably unwise, but I wish they would try a real brand split. Basically really do two separate companies within the company, with their on creative and production staff and budget. Maybe have one run by the old guard (Prichard etc.), the other by HHH guys and gals.

Restate and emphasize the brand split. Hell, I would use the draft as an explicit sort of reset button to mark "Okay, this is the new regime's direction from this point onward". It's easier to tell stories with a big roster split down the middle and people organized into groups that aren't nearly as broad; we've seen what happens any time the brand split weakens and it's not ideal. If the new regime can have restraint and not just lazily hotshot "Hey look now you can see people more often come tune in" and then chasing that one effect for diminishing returns, the brand split can come across stronger than ever.
