Without a clear idea about the card, I'd suggest they'll tease it, but not necessarily put him in a title match again Roman. Summerslam started as a concept in which the world champion with a tag partner would face the champ's primary opponents. It's possible that they'll try something at Clash at the Castle like that - maybe Drew teaming with the Street Profits against the Bloodline. I don't think they'd do a Luger, though.
It's all up in the air, though, right now.

It's a prime opportunity for HEAT™ so no chance in hell.

My gut says no, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if he does.
My biggest reason for saying this is that there's still potential matches in Roman's title reign and WWE does not know how to leave the audience wanting more.

Have you guys not seen the news from 6 days ago lol What, the guy who ran NXT for years as a place where faces might get a month long reign if they were lucky in between eight month long unstoppable super heel reigns is in charge now? Yeah, that doesn't fill me with confidence.

Have you guys not seen the news from 6 days ago lol I have, I also wonder if Triple H would be more willing to sacrifice this moment to make the big match at WM 39 even bigger.

I feel like he could win it only to lose it back real quick, but that Cody's getting the WWE title regardless of who has the thing. It's just probably going to be a heel for maximum effect, whether it's Drew or not.

On one hand, it’s a UK PPV and WWE hardly changed hands with titles in the past going overseas. On another hand, Drew is going to be over as hell over there. Kinda like ONS 06 with RVD, you strike when it’s right.
Hard to say, but I’ll say yes. It would be ballsy to go to the UK and have Drew lose yet another big opportunity.

I’m voting yes because I think it would be stupid to not have him win….but it’s not a convincing yes.

Can't help but feel some of the corny nonsense they've pulled with Drew the last year or so has cooled him down a lot. Likewise, I feel like they've got Roman at a point where his loss needs to be a a #MOMENT so I can see them just not feeling Drew has the momentum there and it's ripe time for heat.

It's a shame they won't just put the WWE title on the line and let Drew win that, therefore Roman's Universal title reign can carry on.

It's a shame they won't just put the WWE title on the line and let Drew win that, therefore Roman's Universal title reign can carry on. Although I'm still not sold that Roman will lose either title until 'Mania, there is a situation that could play out. Drew beats down Roman, shenanigans costs him the title, but Roman is laid out. Theory comes out and cashes in to win the WWE title. Drew immediately challenges him, some sort of authority figure grants the match (HHHunter?), Drew beats Theory to win the WWE title, and goes on to lose it to Seth at the Rumble, setting up Cody's return and win to face Seth at 'Mania. It solves a lot of issues - Theory gets a moment with the case, Drew gets his moment with the home crowd, Roman gets to keep the Universal title and Heyman gets to prove his worth and do a smarmy promo to get the Universal title (this bit doesnt have to happen at Clash, Drew could potentially pose with both belts to end the show, then Heyman gets the Universal back for Roman at Raw or SD the following week).

Yes, but it might be short lived. Basically, match one of a 3 match series in which Roman wins the other two. They could also use that time to seperate the belts somehow without making Roman look too weak.

The only way he wins is if they split the title again and Drew wins the WWE championship, which is really what should happen anyway.
