This way, with all the optimism if both WWE and AEW doing good. Thursday would be the missing piece to a week filled of great programming.
Monday Night Raw Tuesday Night NXT 2.0 Wednesday Night Dynamite Thursday Night Smackdown Friday Night Rampage Saturday Night WWE Live Premium Events Sunday Night AEW PPVs

Impact and New Japan are on Thursdays on AXS. I'd feel bad if Impact had to move days yet again because they don't want to directly compete against any WWE or AEW shows. It also disrupts the AXS wrestling block on Thursdays as they wouldn't pit NJPW's show directly against one of their partner promotions' shows in Rampage.
Let SD stay on Fridays.

Not really. I guess I've kinda gotten used to it where it's at.

This won’t happen, but move it to Thursday 1 day a year. WM week. Then the HoF can happen by itself on Friday

I'm not a regular Smackdown viewer currently, but I like it on Friday (and I did when it was on Friday in the 2000s). Friday Night is a defacto weekend timeslot and I like my wrestling on weekends. Besides, in this era, you're going head to head with the NFL for a 3rd of the year if you put it on Thursday. You're already doing that on Monday. No sense doing it with both of your main shows.

True, but if they beat NFL twice in ratings in a week, that's more bragging rights.

If anything, Rampage should be on thursdays. Smackdown is a strong enough brand to survive on fridays.

Big NO! At the moment I can watch Smackdown & not worry too much about getting up early the next day. Plus it just feels right on a Friday night/early Sat morning.

AEW isn't going to willingly move their show to directly compete with shows from a promotion they're friendly with and a promotion they're outright partnered with.

Yes because I sometimes do things on Fridays where I rarely do things on Thursdays.

I don't think they would go out of their way to move there but I also don't think they'd turn down an 8PM slot on Thursday on one of the WBD networks if they got offered that since it would be a massive upgrade.

Wrestling on Friday does feel weird but it being live is also crucial, I think.

I wouldnt mind seeing Rampage on Saturday Mornings, but that's pretty much a death slot (though if they put a replay on Saturday mornings, that could work at least).
