If I had access to CM Punk's livejournal back in the day I would've found this man lamer than Nathan, the guy in high school who tried to get us to hang out with his church youth group on Fridays and who got banned from the library for being loud which was why we then played D&D in the library, a space he was not allowed to be in, as a reason for why he wasn't in our D&D game, who thought Underoath was the coolest band in the world.

Well, Steel also used Scott Colton as a jobber name against Eugene.

True, but at least there, Ace and Colt had history (I think Colt has also used Ace's real name as a jobber name in the past). As far as I'm aware, Coronado didn't really have many connections outside of Chikara.

If he had used "Mike Spillane" as a jobber name, that would've made more sense.
