Honestly, at this stage, his best bet would be to just say, "I was injured and all the adrenaline going on, I jumped to conclusions and felt cornered," but that seems unlikely from a guy who has no real history of humility or contrition.

I apologise if this has been asked already but I wonder who will file the first lawsuit and how many will there be. Jim Cornette was asking this question on his podcast and it’s something I hadn’t thought about but I suppose it’s a possibility. He also mentioned that when a fan sued mid south because he’d jumped the railing and he was struck with a racket, Cornette has said that the arena and the city were included in the lawsuits because they were deemed to be some way at fault also.

I could totally see it being some random arena worker or non-wrestling AEW backstage staff who had the misfortunate to be walking past when it all went down.
