And they might be on Brock levels of don't f*** with. They kicked down a got dang metal door. Yeah, I mentioned that earlier usually those locker room doors are made of metal... so it really never made any f***ing sense that it was a talking point that totally happened. Door to the back of the house where I live gets ornery during rainy weather. Pain in the ass to close and open during the rainy season. It's wood, but not that thick. I've kicked and rammed the door to my detriment to open and close it. Unless it's TV, kicking a door open that don't want to be open is rough. |

Meltzer's Meltzer. He's really pedantic and gives single-digit twitter accounts too much attention, but he at least practically originated his job. I think his sources on women can be rather dubious, something SRS likely beats him in, but he's still overall probably the most credible in that he's the one most sources would be most likely to go to, knowing he'd keep it quiet. SRS playing the heel all the time on twitter can be sometimes funny, but usually annoying. Honestly, not like I'd ever hang out with any of them, but Alvarez seems like the one who'd be easiest to get along with. Denise Salcedo also seems fine. Alvarez is probably a dude you could hang out, watch some wrestling with, shoot some beers, and have a fine time. He's decently sensible and funny, and seems like a well adjusted enough person. It'd be fine. He'd probably have some weird road stories to share and you'd enjoy it. If I hung out with Meltzer, I feel like I'd start trying to f*** with him by sarcastically assuming some deranged conspiracy theory and spend the whole night banging away at it just to f*** with him. He's got that vibe of 'needs to be headgamed for kicks'. Meltzer is the type of guy that would go on for 5 hours about how Big Daddy was as over as Hogan in the UK. |

I just feel like he offers nothing beyond his scoops. Folks like Meltzer and Mike Johnson do report news but also have some historical insight into the wrestling business and usually have some nuanced views about the shows they cover. Sean has some solid sources for sure but everything else he does basically comes across like a random dude posting uninteresting thoughts on Twitter. And he has no taste when he's posting on twitter about live shows he literally will say everything is great even if it sucked dog asshole. The fact that this of all things is something that SRS catches grief for on here is so weird to me. How dare he like segments that we didn't. |
