Disagree. He still got cheers. Read this forum people are angry and done with him. Usually when someone is "done" with a wrestler, they don't buy a ticket to see them again. There's a difference between not liking the wrestler and not liking the human. If I don't like the human, I won't support them in any way. If this is the best they can do to generate a heel CM Punk, then AEW is in serious trouble. Yeah, when I say I'm "done" with Punk, I don't mean "boo him as a heel and want to see him lose" I mean "change the channel and not watch him at all." |

I mean how could it not be? How is it supposed to upset fans? If I'm an AEW fan and I'm not familiar with his history with Colt...or in this case Scott Colton...why should I care? Who are these EVPs he's talking about? Why is he name-dropping Vince McMahon? Again, this is the most convoluted route to go with a heel turn if it was a work. This isn't 'shades of gray' nonsense in 2012...this is just straight up incoherent to any non-insider fan. |

Not everyone is spelling the end for the company... But that doesn't mean that we can't criticize Tony and Punk for what happened tonight. And what's so "obvious" about it? I mean how could it not be? he's standing right next to the owner of the company talking shit about literally everyone in a way that's clearly meant to piss off fans. I think people just hate Punk so much they insist on being "right" about the guy even when it's obvious he's taking the piss. if it was a work why would Tony still let it happen? it makes Tony look like an ineffective owner that can’t control his talent |

Because if you've ever followed Tony in his other sporting endeavors, the dude absolutely has no spine in face to face situations. He'll take shots on social media, but will fold like a bad poker hand if its a face to face thing. Remember, he refused to fire Urban Meyer for that scandal with the Jags, and Shadid had to actually step in and fire Urban. |

In my battle with insomnia, I forgot to post my favorite /woo/ copypasta
I saw CM Punk at a grocery store in Chicago yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

All while covered in blood and eating desserts Except that isn't even what happened sorta this time. Yes he torched Colt and stuff. But he (Punk) 100% instigated it this time. Denise posted the full rant on her YouTube page, and Punk picked a reporter, asked if he did standup, asked who he did it with, reporter said "I did it with Colt Cabana" and then just completely shit all over Colt unprovoked, and ranted for a good 20+ minutes for the most part, while Tony just nodded his head with a look of absolute horror on his face. The reporter never actually brought up Colt before that point. |
