...I would cry foul about that...but I remember I did something just as bad saying that Goldberg should have called his kick to the head that (only remove the e in the word heart) when I was younger. Jerry probably loved it honestly... and since he was fine it's not in that terrible of taste. Jerry would make jokes about it whenever Dolph hit the move while he was commentating. And they referenced it on The King's Court a few years ago after Dolph turned heel again.

Glad he pulled through, could've done without him eating a burger and flipping off the camera so soon after though That picture took place before the incident, but it was used by some people to lob criticism at Lawler.

Man, that was crazy. And even crazier that he managed to live for another 10 years and counting.

I didnt watch this at the time but add me to the people impressed with Michael Cole. Amazing he was even able to keep his composure. And I hope King enjoyed his burger from that photo! Probably the best burger of his life. Ironically it wasn’t from Burger King. (Remember the days when fans chanted that at him?) Boy do I! Not to get off-topic but I have a funny story about that. Fans not only chanted it, but also wore those paper Burger King crowns you could buy at the restaurant. Well, I wore one when WWE came to my town and Lawler was scheduled to wrestle Bret Hart. I was standing up against the barricade and when Lawler started walking toward me, I ran back to my seat because I was afraid he would see the crown and try to take it. Give me a break, I was nine years old then.

And they did it in Memphis.
