No creepier than Roman getting hate threads every week or people screaming about how much they hate Charlotte The Charlotte one's comparable. Roman used to get the really personal shit, though I think him leaving for leukemia got people to dial that shit back when they, thankfully, got some perspective. Britt's tedious right now, though, in any case. Doesn't make me angry, just... puzzles me. Sadly for Britt, she is sort of the fall child for ultimate booking until someone else surpasses her as far as the women side is concerned |

Britt was kind of the least of the problems with that segment anyway. The bigger issues are 1), making Toni look weak pretty much immediately into her reign that didn't start on great terms to begin with, 2), continuing to not get to a damn point with Hayter, 3), Athena getting a title shot for no apparent reason and being made to look utterly useless yet again getting there, 4), just being kind of a shitty match, and 5), the women still being relegated to one match per week half of which takes place in a commercial. Eh... the Toni stuff I don't agree with. That type of stuff has been booked for years. The rest? fair enough. |

The way I see it: Britt's overness is a tool, and AEW has not used that tool properly. (The other way I see it: a lot of the women's booking issues are just AEW's booking issues with less of the advantages that the men's roster has to cover those weaknesses, but I don't feel like I've convinced anyone of that around here.) |
