If one of the complaints people had a little while back was feeling like they couldn't get themselves noticed for whatever reason, then it's probably a good idea; hold a meeting every 2-3 weeks where people can be told "if you need anything, have an idea, or just want to sound off on something be sure to come to Tony Khan/Jerry Lynn/Jericho/Tony Schiavone/whomever this week, so-and-so might not be available", whatever like that, then it's a good way to keep communication lines open between talent and the office. So long as they don't feel like slogs or "this could've all been an email" meetings, they might be a positive. No clue, obviously, since none of us are backstage, but if they do have them with any regularity it might be like checking up on a patient after putting in some fixes for problems they've been having.
As for the leaks, a lot of people underestimate the effect that being in Daly's Place for so long probably had on the locker room, too, and I mean that in a positive way - being in the same place, with mostly the same people, for that long? Not having concerns about gates, live audience reactions, travel, and the like? Having a somewhat limited roster due to the pandemic, which probably meant fewer people getting relegated to Dark or what have you? Plus just add in that when that's the environment you're in, leaking is just probably harder to do without getting caught...and yeah, acting like "if you could keep Brodie's health a secret, why can't you keep other stuff secret?" is definitely a standard that's way, way, way out of whack, given how severe what happened to Brodie was.
But yeah, if someone backstage put stuff about Malakai's mental well being out there without his permission (basically anything beyond "he's burned out"), they deserve some kind of reprimand.
