Finally something to be a little happy about...IYO is winning crowds over when she is just allowed to go out there and just show how ultra f***ing talented she is. Now can we have her win the title next week? I f***ing wish but I expect Bayley is gonna cost her the match next week and try and pass it off as an accident before officially turning on her so IYO is looking like she will be positioned as the babyface coming out of Dmg Cntrls break up. Bayley can't cost her the match. That would make Bianca not look like the bestest evaaar! Bianca will stomp IYO clean as a whistle barely selling any of her attacks. Heck, she'll probably beat all three of them up. Someone in Damage CTRL gets mad about IYO's losing and they attack that person. (The one going heel attacks)

I might have missed it, but I don't think the match is next week. They definitely aren't advertising it as such. I feel like it'll be at Backlash, at this point.

Dakota may not be main eventer level but she should be in the "reliable, solid hand" role that Natalya occupies. We really need a proper midcard title for women like her. I do on 2k23. Asuka is my US Champion after defeating Dakota Kai and Liv is my I.C. Champion after defeating Charlotte. Iyo is my new RAW Women's Champion after defeating Bayley with Rhea Ripley my SmackDown Women's Champion after defeating Shayna Baszler. All at WrestleMania of course

Iyo calling Byron stupid and telling him he asks stupid questions isn't a heel trait by the way. Everyone treats him that way. Also he got shooed out of her locker room.

Iyo was definitely presented like a babyface tonight.

I read that as DMG Citrus and they should've called them that. DMG Citrus should come to the ring to Sheamus's old "Too Many Limes" theme. And add Drew McIntyre, painted bright green and renamed "Mountain Drew".

I’m guessing people are thinking it’s next week is because the original plan was for IYO vs Bianca this week, and the only reason it didn’t happen was travel issues.

This is probably trying to revert to the original plan more than anything, which was the two triple threats last week leading to the #1 contender singles match this week. Unless the title match was going to be a triple threat, I don't know.

I mean the original plan up until a few hours before the show was Bianca vs IYO, plus we never even saw Bianca all show, whether it be backstage, ringside or even post-match in a Exclusive giving an interview about her new challenger. Makes me feel like she was in that group that missed Raw due to travel issues.

Funny how that ended up working out in IYO's favor big time because instead of being a complete one and done jobbing out to Bianca now she got to show out again and get more over and maybe get into HHH's head that this is one who should take the title from Bianca.
And something interesting SRS mentioned about Bianca's current agency representation WME and how that could possibly create conflict since that is also Endeavor , so if Biancas reign just keeps going that might be something to keep in mind.

It is quite interesting that Damage Ctrl is at it’s most interesting....just as they are about to implode. They can go in several directions here. The backstage segment seemed to tease Bayley, as the possible Face when she sacrificed her own ambitions for IYO and Dakota. But, then during the match and post-match, she was all mopey and depressed at IYO, in contrast to Dakota, who was Uber excited and happy for IYO.
IYO is likely getting a title match at Backlash; Dakota I could possibly see getting one afterwards, or possibly winning the QotR tournament. So many directions they can go: Do Dakota/IYO turn on Bayley?; Does Bayley turn on Dakota/IYO?; Does Bayley turn on just IYO and Dakota is stuck in the middle trying to play peacemaker?
Tonight’s show definitely felt more in line and consistent with the story they were telling with Damage Ctrl. The Raw before WreseMania and WrestleMania itself they were putting over how great Dakota & IYO were and all their accomplishments(pre-Damage Ctrl before becoming Bayley’s lackeys); whereas last week they just looked like scrubs getting rag dolled by Raquel and Liv.

If they do split Damage Control up, keeping Dakota around as IYO's mouthpiece wouldn't be the worst idea.

Good for Io but she's not beating Bianca or Rhea if she goes to SD in the draft so I'm not sure what that leaves for her in the near future other than a feud with Bayley.

If Damage CTRL are having friendship communication issues, this is the perfect time to give Dr. Shelby a call.

I say there is a pretty damn good shot at her beating Bianca. 1.Bianca will have Broken Becky's record assuming this match happens at Backlash. 2.She already has held the title for a year+ and won at Mania She has beaten every single woman there is to beat there is nothing left for her and it works out perfectly for her to drop the title and then seeing as the draft is right after she can then get drafted to SD. Io winning lends itself to fresh match ups and stories. She wins the title and Bayley (maybe Dakota to but who knows how she factors in right now) turns on her the next night aka Evolution moment and then you do things like maybe have Dakota also win MITB and Bayley then turns on her to. And also this is the gateway to the match and feud everyone has been waiting on with IYO VS ASUKA at Summerslam.

If she's winning, she needs to do it as a heel, especially if we're heading to her vs Asuka later this year - as the crowds have rejected heel Asuka, so turning her back is the best option there. IYO also works better as a heel who can still get pops from her savage craziness. So IYO and Dakota turning on Bayley, so Bayley can go back to being a fresh face, and IYO - with Dakota as her flunky/mouthpiece - being the dominant heels for the summer is the best outcome here, imo.

It would fit the Damage CTRL angle better if Iyo wins.
Bayley getting more and more jealous, with Dakota caught in the middle.

I'd love it and would absolutely mark out if Iyo wins the RAW Women's Championship (not as much as Fenderbaum would though I suspect) BUT I don't see it happening UNLESS Bianca is taking time off for whatever reason or they're going for a swerve HAHA moment where they turn around and say something about the record or whatever, but even if they did I think it'd be a short reign.
