I like energy drinks as a tool prior to a workout. But only if my energy level is low enough. It is always shady to sell stimulants to teenagers who should have plenty of energy without any external source.

Just kinda browsing the Prime thing since it randomly popped up in my feed, I don’t even particularly blame him on that one. It’s not even close to being the strongest on the market. Parents should hold some accountability for themselves (I know that’s asking a lot in 2023), and make sure their kid is getting the Gatorade version of his drink instead. Hell, the company Ghost sells 200 mg-caffeine drinks that are literally candy-flavored (Warheads and Sour Patch Kids among other generic fruity flavors). Bangs and Reigns (similarly fruity and colorful in their packaging) have 300 mgs. Logan is scum but this energy drink stuff should be a non-issue; or, they should clamp down on all of them.

I remember some pro wwe people arguing that Logan Pauls energy drink was better for kids than other drinks when talked about his marketing towards kids.
Which is insane because absolute no energy drink should ever be marketed to kids

And these energy drinks (200 mg) have less than a cup of Starbucks: 235 mg in a tall, 310 mg in a grande, and 410 mg in a venti.

Logan is probably a giant douche, but targeting his drinks isn’t the way to take him down. His hydration drinks are decent, if a little sweet, which doesn’t bother me. Only had one of the energy drinks, they’re imported still into Canada and I paid way, way, way more than you think a guy should.

Marketing then for kids is ABSOLUTELY agigantic issue I was by no means insinuating they are healthy for kids... Perhaps I didn’t articulate explicitly enough that I think it’s pretty messed up how they use bright colors and literal candy flavors for these drinks. The point I was getting at is that it isn’t fair for Prime to be investigated when it’s commonplace in the energy drink market. It’s just getting headlines/attention because it’s his brand. I don’t see any backlash for the company that makes the candy drinks or the other companies that do shit like Ring Pop or Kool Aid preworkout powder, y’know? Like the post above mine says, he’s a douche, but this isn’t the way to take him down.

Re-checked and it’s around 30. Still way more than what an average person would drink.

Coffeezilla's latest video on Logan Paul. Nothing much new, just more examples of lying, manipulating and scamming.

Where did you get that number? Probably did the math based on the info about caffeine toxicity from the FDA. Maybe, but that is why I've asked. As he(?) mentioned himself, 200 cups go way beyond toxicity, but I can't find any info from the FDA how much caffeine is too much when consumed over a whole day. They however state this: "The FDA estimates toxic effects, like seizures, can be observed with rapid consumption of around 1,200 milligrams of caffeine, or 0.15 tablespoons of pure caffeine." For some people even a pre-workout with 300 milligrams give them heartache.
