That's nuts, if so. Miro was one of the absolute best things going in AEW for a good chunk of last year.

Do we know for sure this is a case of AEW not using him or is he just off doing other things again? Because those are two completely different things that warrant completely different reactions. If Miro is pursuing other interests, then good for him. If he's sitting at home waiting for a call from Khan, then that's a failing. According to his wife recently on Busted Open radio when asked why Miro wasn’t used more, it’s a case of AEW not using him: Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure because I know Miro was filming stuff before.

Guessing it was also a bit of an issue that his feud with House of Black had to come to a screeching halt.
Still, time to get him back in.

I do not believe for a second that Miro isn't a guy Tony Khan likes
Total company dude, over as hell, can wrestle amazingly
I really think it's been a matter of Miro going off to film shit and then the House of Black feud died on the vine... maybe revive that with HOB returning now that Darby and Sting are off to another feud? That might help.

I hope it’s some kind of extracurricular thing that requires his full attention at the moment, because the idea of them having someone as talented as Miro with still so much untapped potential, and not being bothered to have him doing SOMETHING on television with some kind of regularity would be damning on AEW’s part.
Like, dude’s only worked four matches this year. That’s only one more than what WWE have gotten out of Logan Paul.

The fact that his wife would put that out there makes me think it's just a matter of Tony getting caught up with the ROH gang and some of the other stuff going on. Honestly, Miro should be in the conversation for world champ. It's silly if they're not using him.

He’s sitting at his house looking at his “Rusev” gear hanging out of his drawer while a quick flashback of all the returns that happened in WWE the past month, dramatically sits up and says out loud “it’s time to go back!”

The House of Black vs Miro stuff came to a screeching halt so I can understand that but still, he is way too talented to be on the sidelines. You could pivot him into something else but it is def time to get him back out there

I get the vibe that Miro really isn't bothered about wrestling anymore and somehow has managed tk get himself a contract were they pay him to block film a bunch of 30 second promos that lead to a forgettable PPV appearance or nothing.
Fair play to him I guess but as a fan of the guy I'd rather he just not be there at all than constantly have one foot out the door.

I remember it being reported that when Tony re-signed Miro at the end of last year to a new 4 year contract that he got a big pay rise because Miro originally gave AEW a discount when he first signed.
So it's bizarre that Tony is doing nothing with him when he gave him a lot more money less than a year ago.

That's why I don't buy that Tony doesn't like Miro or he "Isn't one of his favorites" Dude just got an extension and pay raise, you don't do that with a guy without a plan. I think the HOB spinout really hurt his comeback, but now that they're back, maybe at Full Gear or right after, we'll see Miro again.

Idk if HHH changed anything but his extension was I think months before Vince left officially It could have played a factor don't get me wrong, just don't know how much of one with Miro. But I have to imagine if you give a guy that type of deal, you do in fact want to use him, it's just a matter of where and when it seems now

They could of put him in a title feud with Joe or Wardlow instead of having them in a pointless tag team. Any of the 2 would have a pretty good feud with Miro, Imo.

Looks like that is gonna turn into Joe vs Wardlow, maybe a winner take all belts sorta match if Wardlow retains vs Hobbs so that's something
