Do they do multiple dubs of the same language depending on the country?
Not just anime, but movie and cartoons and such.
I just realized I’ve never heard a dub where the cast is mainly British unless it was set in the uk.
I know dragon ball z had an Ocean Dub and Funimation dub for some reason (I mean after the revival) but thought it was weird the ocean dub was the uk but not Canada where the Ocean group is from. So the UK still got a North American cast for their dub

Yes, these do definitely happen sometimes. There are often multiple English tracks for things, and you also see Quebec French dubs versus Parisian French dubs at times.

A few rpgs use mostly British casts like Xenoblade and Final Fantasy XIV (since Heavensward).

What about how certain phrases and words simply do not have an equivalent across languages, so whether it's a dub or a sub, you're listening/reading the translator's best interpretation of what the original writer was trying to say?

There's also a few Spanish... Spanish dubs and Latin America Spanish dubs as well (Captain Tsubasa being the most egregious example, as they change the names of the characters in the Spanish version).
